They didn’t give a menu of breakfast and then gave us things we didn’t order and when we order a coffee and omelette with onions and pepper they wanted money for it And we asked for water they wanted money for that too so gave it back

Then the owner came to room to ask for money resolved with him Then the waiter came to the car as we checked out and wouldn’t go asked to call manager/owner no one came and then he got aggressive towards me and kids (4years old got upset ) NO INTERNET IN ROOMS NO SMART T V NO AIR CONDITIONER IN EVERYONE ROOM WE OPEN THE LANDING DOOR FOR AIR AND THEY CANE UP AND LOCKED IT THE SHOWER MIGHT ASWELL NOT EXIST AS ONLY DROPS COMING OUT VERY BAD PLACE WOUKD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE The staff who brought luggage up smashed a honey bottle and sugar jar had to was clothes and bag didn’t get to sleep 3 hours after check in

It was a lovely traditional hotel, with lovely architecture at the entrance and at a perfect location/distance from Akchour waterfalls. Perfect for the short family trip we had planned. The breakfast was also very delicious and catered for all of us (especially the kids).

The noise made by the dogs on the road at night makes sleeping almost impossible. I spoke to the manager, and he was well aware of this problem, and he explained that since these were wild dogs there was only so much, they could do about the noise issue. Other than this minor (nighttime) con, I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND MAISON d'HOTES.

Staff are very incompetent, rude and incomprehensive if you come with remarks. Damaged equipment, extremely noisy, impossible to sleep, it feels like you're in a sauna, barking street dogs all night, the room overlooked the road so you're exposed to the traffic and neighbourhood noise, closing the window is not an option you will suffocate because of the heat. Fridge and water boiler in the mini room with bunk bed that gives off enormous heat which adds to the already overheated place making it impossible to sleep there. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO REST, THIS IS NOT IT. Very bad experience, wouldn't sleep here again even for free.

Sheets were dirty. AC did not blow very cold. Dirty towel and open shampoo in the bathroom.

Excellent hotel and location, the service is excellent and staff friendly the only think I wasn't happy with is the fact they don't have aircon, when I spoke to the manager he said if they install aircon in all rooms the price will go up and they will be loosing customers. I booked a room with a balcony and slept in the balcony; however they were so many people who were happy not to have aircon, to be honest since I was young I couldn't tolerate the heat. They also arranged a guide for me with a better price than having one in Akshour tour.

the staff was nice helpful, friendly. Nice view. the view is very nice.
