The self check in was very good. The car parking lot was a bit small but was sufficient. I actually liked that the room did not have a window - I prefer pitch black for sleeping. The room was very basic, but comfortable and clean, with a little kitchen corner. It was quiet and we rested well.

As expected in summer - the room was hot. Had to choose between opening the window for air or keeping it closed to lock out the street sounds.

The parking was very convenient, nice and clean place with a recently done renovation. Doors very sturdy and easy to lock - felt very secure. Table and chair was nice too - I could do some remote work from the hotel no problem. The sound isolation is very good, I didn't hear the other guests at all. Only sounds were the city highway outside.

A bit far from the city center, 12 stops away by tram (20 mins)

It was quiet and the staff replied to my messages and tried to be helpful. There is a small private bathroom in the room which is good.

- as this is a budget option, it doesn't have AC, so room can get quite hot in the summer . A simple table fan in rooms would help a lot. - it's next to a quite busy street so it can get really loud if you get a room with a street view.

- good location - well secured parking for cars. - good value - good communications from hotel regarding all the questions. - well equiped (kettle, cook top, fridge and all the accesories).

Unfortunately the bedding wasn’t the best.

The room was cozy, clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I really appreciated how quiet and relaxing it was, especially after a day of sightseeing. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Riga!

There's a very busy road next to the apartment and no double windows, so noise pollution was pretty tough at first.

Price was so cheap I had to triple check that everything was okay with my reservation! Customer service was also fast and kind. There was literally nothing extra. One bed, one fork, knife, spoon etc. One set of towels. But as the price was so low, I would actually be mad if there was something extra. If you need a place to sleep and nothing else, I highly recommend.

At the check-in day administration called and offered to change my room to other hotel, but I agreed to get a room without a kitchen instead, because the location was more important for me.

At first it was hard to find the place, as my taxi driver dropped me behind the building and said, here we are. But after calling the contact person, she was really friendly, sent me photos and helped me to find the place!

The room was clean, tidy and modern. Everything necessary was there. The kitchen corner was a plus. The key box makes getting in to the room easy. The bed was soft and comfortable.

As it is situated in some industrial area, it was too noisy early in the morning.

There was no air conditioning, in the afternoon there was direct sunlight in the room and it was too hot.

The apartment didn't had any windows, it's internal apartment facing the internal wall of the building. You feel like in jail or in a post apocalypse or in a horror movie. The location is in some sort of industrial zone, even when you place the exact place on the bolt taxi app it's hard for taxi drivers to find it. The internet is beyond terrible so if you're planning to have some video calls on zoom you can forget about it.

The bathroom was quite small, and it was difficult to move around inside it. The facilities were basic, just one electric kettle. There were no dryer and fridge. It was written that they have baggage storage. I asked them, and they told me they can't keep my luggage. The location is far from the city center, and it is a good option for those with a car. The building is situated near a highway, and the room is consistently noisy. Many previous guests also mention it.

In fact it is not a hotel, but a factory's dormitory. No air-condition and very noisy at the street, day and night: very difficult in summer. No wi-fi (it is, but it never worked). Far from the center (near the main street - Brivibas, but at its very end).

The hotel was exceptionally excellent to stay! I would definitely recommend my friends to stay there, if they will be visiting Riga! Nice, clean apartment, with excellent shower, comfortable bad and clean comfort kitchen. Next time will be surely staying here!

The noise from the road is unbearable, very loud and impossible to sleep. Also blows from the window, in consequence of which I got sick, “thank you very much to the staff”. Asked to change the room, but they refused, with the wording all busy, with an empty parking lot and rooms on 3 floors. I'm sure was an option. In short: the staff does not care at all. Better to pay extra few euros and find something else.

It’s next to busy street, you can hear traffic through the window. Little bit hard to get in to the parking - you need to call to open the gate, i waited on the street and cars were behind me waiting, there wasn't no waiting place, i suggest to call few minutes before arriving.

Clean apartment, there was fridge, stove, sink, bathroom with shower. Dogs are allowed and no extra fees. Beds and bedding are ok. Parking is free. Shop is 2 min away. There were towels.
