Hair dryer and kettle in the room needed some dusting

A lovely hotel! Would definitely like to come back again. The sea is a few minutes away by foot (!), the interior is very nice and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Extra kudos for the breakfast server girl - very attentive, profesional and kind. The surroundings of the hotel - wow! Greenery, trees, fresh air, calm, not crowded, shops closeby.

We didn’t like that there was no refrigerator in our room, and the cleanliness could have been a bit better.

The location was perfect for us, very close to the beach and river, multiple restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores nearby. The breakfast was fresh and coffee was delicious!

There is no ventilation in the bathroom, there is a smell of dampness. It would be great if there was a small refrigerator in the room.

Way back from the beach during the night time, hotel was in the dark almost, no lightening outside from the restaurant side.

There was no elevator, but once our bags were up the stairs, that was not a problem.

The location was perfect for exploring the coast of Latvia, but a car is a necessity. The restaurant (Otre Puse) was just steps away from the hotel and the food was very good. The breakfast was excellent as well. Parking was private and safe.

Fact that WC and showers were split from the apartment is not a good thing from a hygiene perspective.

Breakfast was really good, 9 out of 10. Rooms were pretty clean. Staff was really nice and welcoming.

Our room was located on the ground floor, right on the street between the restaurant and the hotel. Unfortunately, it was extremely noisy and almost impossible to sleep — it felt like we were sleeping directly on the street. People were constantly walking by late into the night, and hotel staff started their work early in the morning, which made it very hard to rest. Additionally, the room had a very strong smell of mold. It was practically impossible to dry towels, and when we kept the windows open for ventilation, it felt like we were completely exposed to the street. If we closed the windows, there was no fresh air at all.

The breakfast, both days, was exceptional. The variety and quality of the cold cuts, cheeses, fresh slices of tomatoes and cucumber, etc. was accompanied by an omlete and delicious coffee.

This place is not a boutique hotel. It's something between camping and the rest house. The room is quite small. The bathroom shared for 7 rooms. It is restricted to eat inside, even if their restaurant is closed, you can't bring anything inside the room. No grill as promissed. No fridge, not even a kettle. The beach is close, but there is an ugly old sawmill on the beach with huge piles of sawdust.

Hearty Breakfast, but with no options to choose. Mainly you get only the roof ower your head for 60 Eur.

Not the best noise isolation from hearing the neighbors in the cabins. Also, the layout suggests that the neighbors pass by the edge of the houses. If you are not an early bird - you will not be very comfortable. Maybe if the exit was in the center of the terrace, that wouldn't be a problem... Few hangers in the cabins. Faucets in the toilets are asking for replacement. The dusk of the showers, pleasant for an adult, unfortunately, scares the toddlers.

Very courteous staff and a wonderful hostess. Simple but very cozy cabin room. Comfortable mattress. The cabins are very comfortable to sleep in! Great layout of the block with the lodges and the whole area. Has its own small parking lot. Very tasty breakfast! Proximity to the bandstand and the beach. Close to the stores, too.
