The only thing I noticed, which wasn’t important for me but might be for others, is that the hotel hasn’t been renovated in a while. The pool is a bit smaller than expected, but still perfectly fine.

Great location, friendly staff, and very clean. The hotel was just right for our stay. It’s located just across the bridge leading to the city center, which you can reach quickly on foot.

The facilities are a bit dated. By the looks of it, it was built or renovated 20 years ago. The breakfast was not as good as in other Radisson hotels I've stayed at, especially the coffee. The food was tasty and there was plenty of selection, but the (black) coffee was terrible.

There are 5 Radisson hotels in Riga, I've used the location provided in Booking and it led me to a different Radisson hotel than the one I've booked. It was raining outside so I wasn't really happy with finding the right one. This is not the hotel fault itself, but please make sure that your navigation is set to the correct hotel. The parking location is 100m away from the entrance to the hotel so if it's raining outside - you're in a bad spot. About the room: it was old-school, with emphasis on "old", like straight from 2000-ds but it was clean nonetheless.

But please do something with spa complex, there was so cold water that even for kids was cold, and we know that it's never cold for kids but this time water was freezing cold. And other thing please reschedule your restaurant menu. We order pizza Margarita for little girl and it's come with pesto. It wasnt mention in menu. And when I asked why there is pesto, they was saying that they make like that, but please that need to be mentioned in menu then. Child can't eat that spicy and we should order other one, so poor child stay without food more then hour, it was nightmare.

A little bit old fashioned, needs renovation. Example doors. Entry door to the room was not tight and creaked every time somebody was closing the doors in the corridor.

Information out of date (especially on hotel’s tv system). Receptionist struggled to check me (with no explanation) then tried to charge me even though I’d already paid. Unclear if facilities (such as swimming pool) could be used.

Room 628 is small and outdated. Should have been notified in advance. I believe hotel is due a refurb but very disappointed with the room. The other 2 rooms my friends were given. 624 slightly better but not of the usual Raddisson standard. I am not sure the room number of the 3rd room on the 8th floor, it was a business class room, again looked ok, but dated, not quite business class. Other friends stayed at other Raddisson Hotels in Riga and all was as expected.

Shower didn't work properly. IT-systems were down when we arrived and it was not possible to check in. It ruined our evening since we were travelling with a toddler and had to wait for our Room.

Nicely renowated new rooms. Spacious, clean, modern and with a view. Parking available on site and costs 15e per night. Plenty of parking space available.

Bit too much wear and dirt visible from all the previous visitors. Walls could be cleaned or repainted some time in the future. Dishwashing machine was not properly working, as it left a coat of cleaning powder on the dishes.

We were given wrong room at the start much smaller and no balcony, this was rectified but it was an inconvenience. Safe was not working, it was fixed eventually. Shower took 5min to start warm water.
