Owner is super friendly. Tamara made sure I was comfortable. The bungalow was warmed up for my arrival. It was a chilly day and after a day of trekking, the heated space, heated washroom floor and hot shower was really appreciated. I had a restful stay.

The hot water pressure is not the best.

The host was very friendly and always ready to help. I recommend ordering breakfast. It costs 10 euros and includes delicious pancakes with wild game meat, juice, coffee, tea, fruits, and more. If you want to use the sauna, please note that it can only be booked until 10 PM, and you must finish using it by that time. We stayed in a house with a sauna, a fireplace, and a very spacious kitchen where you can gather with all your friends. The soundproofing is excellent; we played guitar, and none of our neighbors were disturbed. Outside, there is an outdoor kitchen with a beautiful view of a small river or pond. Parking is secure and located within the property.

The room was quite comfy, though a bit warm. The bathroom was somewhat weary. However, we felt that everything was fine for us, and this was a good value stay.

The yard was very beautiful and there were nice tables to sit on. The beach was nearby. The kitchenette was good for our purposes. There were nice breakfast cafes nearby.

Sloping wall mede the room very small and imposible to sit on bed comfortably. Also first night banged head couple of times to sloped wall so had to switch bed sides. Also lighting in bathroom and room was very, very weak. Good there was night lamps too.

My daughter and I stayed in a very cozy room in the main building. It had a double bed with comfortable pillows and blankets. outside our room we had a refrigerator, microwave, and a cattle. It’s indeed very close to the beach with very easy access. We were able to sunbathe during the day and watch the most beautiful sunset in the evening. The manager, Tamara, was very attentive and approachable. The price is very affordable, and we had a designated parking place.

Very friendly staff. Even helped out with some warmer clothes for some colder night walks! Grill available, sauna available, beach easy accessible, local store in 2 min. walk., parking spot on territory, all was great. If You grab some friends with You, You can rent a full house with Sauna in it and spend some fantastic time near by the sea!

There is a serious issue with cleanliness: the bathroom was with orange stains in the shower, outside porch was full with spider webs and dust, the couch was with gray stains from wearing out and wetness. Despite emptying the water boiler repeatedly (as suggested by the host), we still had to shower and wash dishes either in cold water or to have stinky hot water. All in all there were many things which were worn out and dirty (e.g dish holder in the kitchen was with black mold stains, carpet in bathroom was gray instead of white). Also the TV was absent and Wi-Fi connection was terrible: we were unable to work and it was impossible to watch something without constant cutting of the wifi . One of the main issues what we disliked: payment in cash. Who walks around with over 1000 eur in cash nowadays (we stayed 8 nights)?! I`m not sure if we`ll stay again, we`ve staid in places where the value for money was a lot, lot better. In any case, the place needs a lot of improvements: starting from cleaning the boiler, ending with investing more in guests comfort: among other things having an extender next to bed, so people can plug in charger (otherwise have to chose between night lamp and charger, because there`s only 1 socket), to invest in stable wifi and get a smart tv for guests (sorry, but this is a norm nowadays!!), change covers for couches etc. Also, while the composting is very nice, it would be nice to put around it a wooden fence. These are things that don`t cost lot of money, but would replace the 'cheap' vibe.

The host Tamara is very kind, helpful and pleasant. Location is excellent: it`s close to the beach, small shop, center, playground, few restaurants and cafes and biggest landmark: Balta kapa. Beds are comfy and big enough for tall people. Bungalow is spacious and terrace is very pleasant and much appreciated. The garden is a treat for flower lovers.

Wi-Fi was useless. You must pay cash if not paid already - inconvenient, and should be better in this modern age.

We were overall satisfied about everything and we count value for money, but when it came to an end of our stay, something happened for which I can not give a rate higher than 7. When we were checking out at 12:00 , we asked the administrator Tamara to keep our fruits and kid food in the fridge as it is located in the common space anyway and we were planning to spend the rest of the day on the beach before leaving, so it would stay fresh for the dinner. But Tamara was very strict and forbidded to do so. The same happened , when we asked if we can keep the car next to the property on the street until evening, although the official parking is in the yard and we thought we wouldn’t bother anyone. Someone here is not friendly at all, I just can not say precisely, either the property policies or Tamara herself. Something weird happened at the very evening of our stay. While chating in the yard, all the lights suddenly switched off at 23:00. I understand everthing about the quite hours, but it became too dark to enjoy warm evening chill in the yard. If it was a sign to shut up our talks, it would be nicer, if the administrator could come out and remind us about the quite hours and only after then switch off the lights. And by the way, beach is not 400 m , but at least 700 m away from the property.

It is good value for money anyway. We picked twin room, it is very small, no air conditioner and intensive morning sun . But very clean. The fridge is just outside the room, in common space. Very beautiful garden and parking in the yard.

No facilities. There was a TV but it was hanging off the wall and only worked with much fiddling with the old fashioned boxes etc. It wasn't that clean. Shower and was area need modernisation. Only single electric radiator.
