Absolutely wonderful place! Such welcoming service and beautiful place.

We stayed in a 2-floor apartment with a terrace. Not fault of the Hotel, but If you like privacy this Choice is not for you. BIG windows, beautiful view. But people from neighbouring rooms walk right in front of your terrace/window. It was really strange…

Beautiful , quiet location with delicious food

More pillows would have been great and kettle in the room

Modernity and down to earth in the middle of nowhere. The restaurant was set up nicely. It is possible to have a walk in the vicinity of the hotel and see the beautiful river. Reception and restaurant is in another building - nice reason to have fresh air. The presence of old houses, which are part of the museum, and are on the grounds of the hotel gives the place a special charm.

Sounds coming from the top of the room because of the soft rubber/plastic ceiling, no idea what was happening there. Quite thin walls as could hear neighbors very well. The rucola salad in the restaurant would have needed better drying of the rucola. The young lady at the reception during the check-out was not in her best mood.

Exceptionally clean, comfortable and welcoming facilities. Some of the rooms offer a nice view to a nearby pond. One can observe many different birds on the property grounds. The collection of exclusive antique cars was awesome. Our tour guide Ramonas was exceptional, a walking wikipedia.

Didn't know that we could have pre order a sauna session. Perhaps, didn't read amenities description carefully

It was our second time when we were staying at hotel Mikelis. We like nature and calmness.

In the number you dont have fridge and electric kettle. As we are traveling with the family, for us it is important.

Spacious room and bathroom with a pretty view of the pond. You can eat breakfast inside or outside which is also very lovely. The choices are delicious and the staff is nice. Great playground for the kids with the museum in the territory.

Maybe 2nd floor beds could be different, not very suitable for young children (3 years old). But we always figure it out so its safe and comfortable ☺️

Incredibly beautiful location next to a river. We liked the minimalist style of the room. The bed was comfortable, breakfast and dinner very good and all was dog friendly.

There was little space in the shower room to put cosmetics, perfume, and accessories.

Very nice hotel environment. The room is equipped according to the principle of the economic option. Very good and tasty breakfast.

The bathroom is equipped and adapted for disabled people, but as a tall person, I had to lean against the mirror to be able to see my reflection. The bedding was clean, but the mattress protector was full of different hairs.

Very good location and a nice breakfast. Maybe there could be a bit more to choose from. They also offer excellent dinners for a decent price.

This was my second time here. I love the surroundings and the calm atmosphere. There’s literally no other sounds than birds and crickets. This is a great pitstop after a long day driving.

The rooms don’t have A/C. During hotter summer days the rooms are humid and hot but can be cooled down by opening the windows. There’s a screen in in the window but ours was broked so did get few mosquitos inside. A/C would be great addition 🙂
