    This was a gift to my parents and they were amazed by the staffs attitude, everyone was so comunicable and sweet, just 10/10. Everything so modern, clean, the spa also was just everything they needed for a relaxation. The dinner -exxcelent.

    Perfect location so close to the beach. Clean spacious family room. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice.

    Generally a nice hotel, family friendly with accommodating staff, decent facilities and a good breakfast

    The dinner options were not value for money – high prices for ok quality.

    Good SPA, good service, great location, and the hotel restaurant was surprisingly good value for money. I had the salmon one night and beef cheeks another.

    The main drawback of this hotel in peak season is the limited elevator capacity. There's two elevators, while in peak season its pretty clear that 3 or 4 are needed for a comfortable experience.

    None of the staff excepts breakfast manager were happy to see us. This is the basis of hospitality- make the guests feel welcome. Not to mention the lady at the entrance to spa being borderline rude. I personally could not eat almost anything at breakfast bar, although it was rich, Nordic food isn’t for us, coming from south. Family room was nice, but extremely small, nowhere to put the luggage. You’re only allowed to enter swimming pool once a day, which is a pity during rainy summers.

    Anna the masseuse was very good. Blonde guy at the reception very professional. Gym well equipped

    Housekeeping was disasters !!!! Horrible service, They forget to clean the room few times, and they don’t change bed lines until when you tell them, even for long stay like mine (20 days for business). The brown pillows and blankets need to be burned because are dirty and full of dust. Just 2 elevators for hundreds guests, even staff take guests elevators and you need to wait ages to go to your floor. Moreover even if you are guest you need to pay immediately at the bar, restaurant and spa, you can’t charge on your own room bill like all the hotels in the world, so you are a guest but they treat you like a stranger who is not trustable at all, even with credit card and 7k booking done, this is not hospitality at all. Wi-Fi terrible not working in the evening Breakfast is very poor quality, food not good at all. I suggest to increase quality of food for breakfast at least and standards in housekeeping departments if you really want behave a 4 stars, because for now is just a 2 stars hotel.
