Shower didn’t drain. Housekeeping should have caught that before I was standing in ankle deep water!

Unfortunately sauna facilities were not available for use during our stay, which was a bit disappointing.

The air conditioner didn’t work. They were so kind to loan us a fan, but when the property is advertised as having ac, it should work.

A/c noisy and not very effective. Shower in bath tub, no shower curtain at all, water all around bathroom.

We really like this hotel; it is located in the center just next to river and palace. We could enjoy view from window on the river. Very good breakfast and service provided. There were no issues to left car on the parking after checking out. Nice and very helpful staff.

Great location on the edge of the city. I had a lunch meeting there and the food and service was very good. Later in the day I had a light evening meal and again the food and service was excellent.

Great hotel. Reservation primary was made for the concert in Jelgava. We we contacted before and provided full info about parking. Arrival was smooth, very pleasant communication at the desk. Everything clean, nice interior and we were surprised how good was hotel.

The air conditioning could've brought more cool air to the room, even though I set the thermostat to the lowest setting.

This place has the kind of old school charm that you can't find in most hotels. It was clean, cozy and welcoming. Large shower, comfy beds. Very affordable for a four star hotel. And the view from the balcony right next to the room's door is really solid

The room TV did not have a great signal so its picture broke up when watching programmes. A toilet brush in the bathroom would be useful.

The hotel is elegant and close to the leisure park and boating. The beds were comfortable with top class linen. We didn't have breakfast but we had lunch and it was of a high standard. In the morning the Sauna is free provided you book it. This added to the feeling of a luxurious break. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Atmosphere in breakfast was a bit odd and price for breakfast is insane €15 per person. So to eat breakfast for 4 of us cost €60. We went next morning down the road and ate cheaper.

We always stay there when we visit Latvia. Nothing is too much. Quiet and convenient location

Even when it was off, the tv emitted a blue light which lit up the room making it difficult to sleep.
