The outside of the house could be a little more cleaner. The tables and chairs were dirty and the view from street was not good. The first impression was “is this the house we are staying?” 😂 Outside lacks good first impression.

The rooms were clean, everything with inside was fine. Just the lock in room 1 didn’t” work properly. We had to hit the door with strong force couple of times, so it would close.

The WiFi is unaccessible while staying in the family room. To access a private bathroom, you need to leave your room first. It's not something bad, but worth considering based on your personal needs.

The owner is friendly and welcoming, also speaking English. The beds are comfortable, AC allows to cool the air instead of using a window. The place is super quiet. There is one private parking slot, but we used street parking since staying for one night only. There is only shared kitchen, but with plenty of things to prepare the meal.

I understood that it is closer to the sea but it is about 20 min, on another side from railway. The day I arrived was all day rainy and windy so I could not enjoy the sitting the garden The view from th window - reconstruction work. There was not coffee in the kitchen for the morning as usually is.

I was in the room which is on the photo. Interesting design, fireplace, small terrace behind the door, garden, kitchen as written. Reconstruction works behind the window but no noise.

Was noisy.. building during the day and morning. Then builders were cooking, washing till late. Door was closed, but it felt like they were in my room :))

We had our own little garden. Homey neighbourhood, running kids around.

Booking.com should check if bathroom outside room can be classified as ,private' (to get there guest needs to get out from the room and use the key to open bathroom, in the meantime meeting in the corridor other guests). In my humble opinion it should be clearly stated in the announcement. Lighting in the room was partially working and buzzling. Armchair was sticky and dirty.

Good location for bicycle trip, filtred water in the kitchen (separate tap installed), parking in front of house or on the road.

The beds were uncomfortable (plastic sheets, hard as heck), there was no warm water coming from the tabs (so, no showering) and the fridge in the kitchen was quite dirty.

It was cheap, and easy to check in.

The guest house is located in a quiet part of town near a forest. The host was very friendly and helpful, showed us where to park our car, because we got a bit lost. The self check-in was simple and easy to follow. I liked that there's a store nearby on the main street and you can easily reach the beach in just a few minutes on foot. Overall we had a very quiet, comfortable and pleasant stay!

Wifi was bit slow in our room, and lost connection once in a while, but other then that every thing was okey

Don't expect anything special, it's a place to spend the night and nothing more. It is better to arrive in the dark because the interior is gloomy, reminiscent of a Soviet pioneer camp. The beds are of very low quality, one of them was already broken. We chose to stay here because we had to attend an event nearby. However, the owner had sent the wrong entry code, so I couldn't get into the apartment for more than an hour. The host responded to messages and calls with great delay, so of course I missed the start of my event. It is strongly recommended not to postpone the reservation to the last moment and choose another place

Despite the season, the price for the apartment was relatively low. (We stayed here right in the middle of beach season)
