Biplan City has excellent location for business travel and the staff is really helpful. Rooms are large and nice - no elevator though but that's not a problem. Free parking in front and behind the house. Superb feature on Summer season is the tent in front of the house that serves as a summer terrace.

No mini fridge. Bed mattress was a bit too soft for our backs. Some additional pillows would have been nice.

Great location, friendly staff and very comfortable bed. Close to the main walking street and parks. No elevator but only two floors so only an issue if you are unable to use stairs. Breakfast was small but good.

The location was good, and the receptionist was very welcoming, providing us with useful information. Our room was large with a decent sized bathroom. Good breakfast. Excellent value for money.

The mattress was little squeaky, and room did not have air conditioning.

Looks super nice and tidy. Located right in the city center. The breakfast was also very good. Had place to park right behind the hotel, and that did not cost any extra.

Hotel reception closes as 23 hours but luckily they agreed to wait for us but for that you need to contact them well in advance.

Great hotel location for business or pleasure in Daugavpils. Rooms are nice and with Cousy interior. At Summertime They have a tent next to the hotel that serves as a great terrace and Summer extension to the hotel. Simple breakfast is included in the hotel price. If there are not enough parking spaces behind the hotel there is free street parking in front of the hotel with CCTV watch.

Room air was extremely stuffy before turning AC on. The room was very small, just good for sleeping. Very "brown" color theme, a bit sad. Got a good sleep though so nothing very major.

Good AC in room, very friendly receptionist with good English skills, good location near park and quite close to centre walking street. Good breakfast buffet. Free parking space behind the hotel.

Overall very satisfied. It was not very clear at first where to park also entry to the hotel was a bit complicated despite we called them in advance about the time of our arrival. Anyway, all very minor issues.

Very good value for the money we paid. Room on the smaller side but adequate. Very nice breakfast in the morning was included. Receptionist was welcoming.

The biggest problem in our room was the bed. It was a double-bed, but with two separate mattresses. When sleeping two people, it's impossible to get close to your partner because the mattresses immediately separate and you fall into the gap. Another disadvantage is that water runs from the shower cabinet onto the floor, into the corner of the bathroom. Every time you take a shower, you have to clean the floor after that.

The room was tidy, with a cosy, antique style. The staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient location, close to supermarkets, cafes and bus station, but not noisy at the weekend. Delicious, fresh breakfast.

Small thing but it has no lift and we were with a little baby and his stroller. Breakfast around 9:30 was missing some things. I would try a couple of quick improvements which would have great impact e.g. have a proper coffee machine which guests could access 24/7 (I think rocket beans provides some deals for hotels)

It is good value for the money, staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast is nothing extraordinary but it has everything you need (you will find some eggs, porridge, vegetables). Room was spacious and in nice style.
