Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Location was perfect. Many good tram routes, easy bus 22 to the airport & walking distance nearly everywhere. Breakfast was great. Our room was soundproof and the view was really nice. In the lobby relaxing chair was nice. Staff was polite. Room and other facilities were clean.

Australia"3 in 1" coffee (+milk+sugar) sachets
The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and to the Old Town, so very accessible. Our room was a good size, with a desk, sofa, bar fridge and facilities to make tea and coffee, and we had a good view from our window. The air-conditioning is cleverly interlocked with the window, so you can either have the window open, or the air-conditioning, on as you choose - both were effective. The beds and covers were without a doubt the best i have ever slept on in an hotel. Breakfast was good, with an excellent range of foods, plenty of seating and not too crowded. Staff were helpful and efficient. We would happily stay there again.

LithuaniaBed are a little short, we didn't have anything in our mini bar. That is a minus. If you are traveling with kid who goes to bad early, and you want some light drinks you need to go to the shop. I didn't like the pillows, little hard for me, but not the worst
The location is perfect if you need the action around you. Old town is here, many bars are here. You can also hear a lot of trains going and if you keep window opened- there are a lot of noice. But hotel itself is nice, stufg is very kind

United KingdomWe loved everything and wished we could have stayed more than one night: the lovely interior of the hotel (even better than the outside), the friendly and professional staff, our spacious, well-appointed room with a great view and super food at dinner in the bar and at breakfast. The location is excellent, straight into the old town from the back door and straight on to public transport including the airport bus at the front. No complaints at all and would love to return.
