It wasn't bad, but it was very noisy, as we had some high school party right next to us that went on throughout the night. Mosquitoes were everywhere, so sleeping was miserable. AHH, and the price list for everything, even AC was something... laughable.

When booking, I had not seen that my house would be a container type. That was a surprise :) (maybe I had to dig deeper, but it was not obvious). Ants were sneaking inside, but it was no big deal. The floor and walls were not very tidy. A small old dog was barking all night, and in the morning, some municipal machinery was working from 6 a.m., a security camera was pointed at the bed from outside :) The road to the property passes soviet municipal houses. The road was terrible. But in general, everything mentioned is no deal-breaker. Air conditioning is an extra 5 euros per day.

Near the lake, you can go around the lake in an hour. The town is small, and you can reach anything really fast. It is nice to have a private yard.

The houses are really close and I was about to sleep at 22:15 when other guests started to play music very loudly, so this was little bit upsetting but they ended before 23:00. It was little minus, everything else was really good.

The host was really nice, location was good, bed was comfortable and pets are welcome.

Not clear in Bookings.com that certain items were extras - spa, sauna, air conditioner use are all subject to additional charges. Not a major issue as we did not use these but should be made clearer for interested parties. Staff seemed surprised when we arrived.

We found a bit surprising that the houses 3 and 4 we stayed in were different from house 1 and 2 that were in the picture when booking.

The location by lake was nice. The houses looked so simple from outside, and yet they were so nice and modern inside, extremely comfortable!

We would recommend hanging dark curtains in the bedrooms. It gets light early outside and inside the house. The shower has had its best days and should be replaced with something less flashy but more comfortable. I even hurt myself on the protruding faucet handle when turning.

You certainly get a lot for your money. The house is very comfortable and pleasant. We were passing through and the weather conditions weren't ideal, otherwise we probably would have enjoyed it more. We had a good night's sleep.

Couple of spiders, mould in the shower and trash under the bed (we moved one several cm to the side and there were disquisting mess with dust and dead bugs), bad overall smell.

We stayed in the middle house, for the price it's ok. Loved the dog hanging arround, and one side of the house has a good view from the windows. Self check-in was simple and clear as well as video instructions of the location.

Filthy place, falling apart and hasn’t been deep cleaned in ages. Looks NOTHING like the pictures. We were disgusted to find used condoms under the bed! Bed sheets gave us skin rash and some members of our group suffered asthma attack. We booked for 2 nights as a group of 7 people (5 adults, 2 kids) and left after spending 1 night in this hell hole. There are strict rules and extra charges for everything, including using the AC / Air Conditioning. You have to pay for it but you can’t use it if outside temperature is below 22 degrees, what a joke! We had to put bed sheet on bathroom door as it’s made of glass. We did not dare look under the lid of the filthy looking hot tub. Garden furniture is old, rusty and falling apart. The whole place is creepy, crawling with friends and family of the owner who continuously keep an eye on you and pass messages back to the owner. We did not feel comfortable sitting outside in the evening. We have no doubt majority of the reviews are fake, from their own friends and family. It was a horrible experience and the memories of that night from hell spent in this disgusting place give us PTSD.

There are things that are mentioned in discrimination but you actually need to pay extra. For example air-conditioner that was mandatory if you are there when it's hot during day and cold on nights, sauna and bath tub as well. Towel size wasn't the best. We had hand towels and face towels only which made it difficult to dry yourself after showers. Wine or beer openers are not included whith cutlery as well.

The bed was awful, and pillows were terrible. We found the accommodation wasn’t well cleaned as we had lots of dust, cobwebs and spiders everywhere. The shower stank of backlogged sewage. The places policy on no parties wasn’t enforced and we had no sleep the first night as people were partying outside our bedroom until nearly 2am until we had to go out and ask them to turn it down as the staff did nothing (claiming they did, which wasn’t the case) then the second night it started happening again and we reached out to the staff who gave us less than helpful response claiming we were just “unlucky” we then had to move out 2 days early and paid for other accommodation due to the provider not caring at all and did nothing to try remedy the situation or solve it. Even shutting our AC off before we had actually left our room was a new level of petty

The location was good, with nice views. The overall accommodation was nice just not well kept.

The facilities were not very comfortable. The way the house is built, it gets super hot during sunny and warm summer days. AC is not included, but is a service you have to buy additionally. Per house rules, the AC must not be set to lower than 24 degrees. Windows cannot be left open at night, because they have no mosquito nets, and the amount of bugs outside at night is phenomenal. Speaking of bugs, we have also sighted cockroaches in the house.

The location itself is beautiful, there are also a few grocery stores nearby. The house kinda has all the necessary facilities - bathroom, kitchen, shower, even sauna for additional money. Overall it's not a bad camping house that has additional bonuses.

Terrible experience. We arrived late around 21pm. And we got they key to a plastic box house. There were no pictures of it in the account. We only saw a nice wooden guest house but that wasn't it. We got to the house to find out there is around +40 degrees Celsius in there and the house wasn't ventilated. There was no air inside. To our surprise they wanted us to pay additional 5EUR to be able to use the air conditioner. Of course without it it wouldn't be even possible to physically be inside. We agreed and turned it on and went for a walk although we were very tired but the temperature inside wasn't bearable. To leave the windows open wasn't an option since the place is by the water and there plenty of mosquitoes and there were no mosquito nets on the windows so they basically made us to use the AC and to pay extra for it. We came back around 22:30 and there was still +28C inside. We called the receptionist who was very rude and she came. She told: "You can sleep on the couch under the AC!" WHY should we pay for a full guest house with a bed to sleep on a couch? Also the temperature inside wasn't decreasing at all. The AC wasn't working. Not to mention that you can't take down the window blinds fully. Anyone from outside can see you literally sleeping. The girl still refused to help and maid claims that it is very fine (although you could see her sweating only from standing there). It is already 23:30 and she is still standing and waiting on us. We haven't even opened any of our bags because of the heat. We asked if there is any other room available as we saw on Booking there was and for exact same price as we had paid for our room. But she said "No, that house isn't available for you". Later she said "If you pay extra 80EUR for it, you can rent the other house" Pay extra? But that house is 54EUR and the same price as we paid for this one. Just 10 minutes later, she goes and CHANGES the...

Nice pictures in the profile, but it doesn't help the very rude receptionist and the extremely rude and lying girl, who didn't shy away from insulting us guests. Didn't like anything. We didn't even stay there.
