First: The breakfast included from 7:30 to 9:00 makes it complicated, especially for people that have their trips early in the morning like us. Second: there were no hygiene products, no shampoo, no towels... except for the toilet paper. I guess they can do better in this matter.

Thin pillow and hot water supply is not strong enough

Very clean, I am quite picky but there is no dust. Booked a share room but it has a individual room. Very cute orange house, it doesn’t look like a youth hostel at all. Surrounds by backyard, playground, nice natural view. Close to bus stop and connection to the city is good. For me, within 2hours is not a problem. Go to other towns is also convenient by bus. All transportation in Luxembourg is free. Many hiking trails and it is a paradise for hikers!

The fact that there is no one to check after 22:00 hrs, planes are delayed and the customer cannot sleep on the street. Someone ready for emergency care is recommended.

Internet connection was not good and my access card was not working on 2nd day and o was scare like that much of cold in night no one for help suddenly one guest came who was coming very often in this hostel he show me emergency number and o call then person can in 15 minutes of open

No rooms with private bathroom. Strict rules about check in/out, water limitations.

Ecological, clean, everything needed is there. The sink and the heater inside the room. Beautiful Nature around the place. Breakfast included.

The beds and especially the pillows could be more comfortable. They charge 5 EUR for renting a towel which is a bit much.

We booked a dorm room and we got a small bungalow just for us two! Staff is very friendly, everthing was clean. Good location, 10 minute walk from the main square and there’s a supermarket around the corner. Breakfast is simple but good; cereal, (soy) milk, bread, cheese, meats and chocolate paste. Nothing fancy but very good value for money!

There is a little kitchen with a fridge, but no dishes or cutlery provided, no huge issue tho. It would be better to have the soap in bathroom instead of kitchen, I found that little weird.

Nice bungalows, quiet place close to the castle. Staff is kind and welcoming, they did let me keep the luggage at the reception at before check in without issues.

Clean up staff helped himself with entering our room 30 minutes before checkout time to clean our room. We booked an all-female room and found it inappropriate that the male staff just entered unannounced. There is no shower head in the bathroom and the water pressure was quite painful. Water was on the cold side.

Easily accessible by bus, room was spacious and beautifully decorated. It was chilly during our visit and room was nicely heated. Counter staff and male chef were very friendly during check-in and check-out.

- It seems that it's not possible to have toast for breakfast, just regular bread - In the shared bungalow, I ended up picking a bed that was simply not long enough for me (due to being in its own narrow room, right between the walls), so I didn't sleep well

- The idea of using bungalows in a hostel is a completely new one to me. I found them very aesthetic and perfectly placed in the nature surrounding them - Now that public transport is free in Luxembourg, you can definitely consider using Larochette as your base for visiting the rest of the country, even if you don't have your own car - Check-in officially starts at 5 PM, but staff was very kind and allowed me to check in early

Only getting there from Luxembourg city was difficult especially that we had to check in before it gets late.

We were a group of friends and we got the room with all the beds to ourselves, was really clean, warm room, breakfast great, beautiful are, nice terrace, was nice to stay there.

When took late shower, water wasn’t hot enough.

Clean tidy 6 bedroom with one big toilet shower area to share is great. Reasonable price for the location. Easy to reach with public transportation.

For breakfast there was two options but I think it was okay for the price. Coffee lovers, maybe consider drinking your coffee elsewhere. Wi-fi was not in the dorm.

I was surprised how modern it was and clean! We stayed at dorm and there was a small outside area. The stuff was super nice! Everything in the town is very close so we had no problem getting from point A to point B. Perfect for hikers!

On the first day I arrived in Luxembourg after 22:00 and the hostel did not receive me and still did not refund my room rate. I had to stay at another hotel even with the daily rate. I found it absurd because at the time of making the reservation there is no observation regarding the time of arrival.

lazy staff, they make you do everything rather them giving service to their guests, like you have to take off your bedsheets in the morning before checkout and leaving it in a specific place for them to collect, same with the restaurant.

WiFi worked only in common areas, not in the dorm where I stayed which was really irritating; breakfast wasn't the best but it was enough to start a day for me, I wouldn't want to pay for it if it wasn't uncluded in price though; I wish cooking wasn't forbidden in rooms & that there was at least a kettle

The staff was really friendly, everything was clean, the hostel is super close to the bus stop, overall it was a very enjoyable stay :) For the first night it was just me and my friend in our dorm which was really comfortable, 3 other girls joined us for the second night but we didn't have any problems! Bathroom was totally fine too (especially considering the fact it's shared), the shower works in kinda brutal way (and you have to press it every 30 seconds or something), I understand how it helps saving water though :')

We had a dorm of 6 people only for ourselves (2 people only). So that was lucky. The value for money was good. They have a nice bar. Friendly staff.
