The room was cosy. The fixed hairdryer was not located near a socket so was unusable.

It was right next to the river. The hotel was very clean. The towels were fabulous.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing: bread and pastries didn't taste very fresh, and it's a shame for vegetarians that they only have scrambled eggs already mixed with bacon (just keep it separate so everyone's happy). The entrance to the hotel is also not very clear. Towels were very hard.

The price for such a small room.

The area was nice. The hotel clean. The breakfast is planned at from 8. They prepared it for me at 7.15 and it was very good. Only the plastic marmalade is not my thing. The room was clean, but very small, no lights and plags at the bed.

The room was very small, power outlet for mini fridge was broken, the bed had a large headpiece which took away much of the length of the bed, which was already short for me (2.00m). The bathroom was a joke ! I did not fit in the very small shower cabin, just could not get in. Glad we only stayed one night.

The bathroom was rather small and could use some maintenance. Also, after you use it, a very loud fan goes on for about 10 minutes - not that nice during night time. If you leave the room without the window open it fills with some dump smell.

Nice people, good breakfast, and a comfortable bed. For a comparatively low price it was a very good stay, despite some minor issues mentioned below.

The hotel is well located, the staff is good, but inexperienced. The breakfast is nothing special, the coffee machine is too small for a hotel, food was often missing, so you always have to ask for refills. There is quite a bit of road noise in the room.

One male worker needs to improve his customer service skills; he was reactive instead of proactive and spoke to my husband in an unfriendly/rude manner each day. Cramped shower with a slow drain, we had to monitor closely to prevent flooding onto the floor. TV wouldn’t allow me to connect my iPad to view my own shows but thankfully there were Dutch channels. No option for coffee or refreshments during the day on the terrace (but there is a fridge and water cooker in the room; restaurant was for dinner only during our weekend stay and opened at 1800). There was a disruptive drunken man in the restaurant the last evening who had to be a local based on his comments, and no one asked him to leave. As stated, despite this, we would be willing to stay here again in hopes these comments might bring the finishing refinements to a lovely hotel.

Spacious, clean, inviting room, delightful restaurant, good breakfast. Nice oversized bed to relax in after hiking all day. Everything advertised before booking was available. The restaurant was a big plus, we decided to dine there both nights of our stay. Dutch channels on the cable. Located on a primary road and plenty of parking space. We would be willing to stay here again. Restaurant and breakfast staff were very friendly and always smiling; their gratitude for us choosing to stay by their hotel was evident.

There were only 2 useable power sockets in my room and these were located under the desk/dressing table, away from the bed. This was inadequate to power the fridge, tv and kettle, plus my own electrical applicances.

The hotel has a great location on the opposite side of the road to the Moselle River. My room was equipped to the standards of much higher grade hotels, with a fridge, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and toiletries, such as cotton buds, which are rarely found in hotels nowadays. The staff were all very friendly, particularly in the restaurant at dinner and breakfast. The Chinese meal that I took in the evening was excellent. The breakfast was also very good with fresh fruit salad and hot and cold options. The evening meal was not expesnive.

We spent one night at this hotel while passing through. The room was simple, clean, and offered good value for money. The hotel has an Asian restaurant with average cuisine. The service was excellent while we were served by a very nice lady, but unfortunately deteriorated significantly when a man replaced her. We waited 35 minutes for a bottle of mineral water... Breakfast was OK.

The rooms need to have luggage racks for suitcases. Also, while there is a hot water kettle in the room, there was no spoon to use for cream and sugar.

Nice room, very comfortable bed, lovely view. Our corner room had a pretty balcony with a view of the river and lots of windows that open. We also had a massage chair! Breakfast was nice. The owners were very accommodating.
