Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FinlandI would have liked to see the beds readymade, not just bedsheets piled on the bed. Third bed was also missing a pillow and the kitchen did not have anything to clean dishes with.

United KingdomAir con didn't appear to work, or if it did, the controls.were indecipherable. There was only one really soft pillow, I would have liked the option of another. As a British customer, there were a couple of things that I would have liked to be in the kitchen, i.e. a kettle and a toaster. Finally, in the single room, the toilet felt a little crammed in between the sink and the shower.
Everything was great apart from a few small niggles. Communication was great, check in and out were great, and the location was great.

GermanyWe have booked the apartment for 3 person. First we have got a very small flat. There the shower was in the room, near the bed. It was not in the description and on the pic also not. That flat was prepaid only for 2 person ,and it was 17 degrees . The heating was not working, we just got a smaller electric heater. It was too small for that flat. We wrote for the host ,he gave us an other flat. There was also only one large double blanket for 2 person, and the third person had only a sheet and a 2x2 m slim cover (at least a sheet and cover - in the other flat nothing) . It was very cold at night, especially without a blanket - and in middle of November:) We also had to listen when our neighbors arrived home at 3.45 am and they talked and walked in the flat. It was nice to wake up for this. (well, is's not the host’s fault!) For 1 night was it ok, but next time I/we gonna definitely go to a hotel, it not much more expensive.
The flat size is good, the furnitures are good quality. Parking and area is also ok. The host is helpful.

United KingdomAlthough new and modern, the facilities were a bit odd. For example…be prepared for a shower in the middle of the bedroom! The air con was also difficult to make sense of, and with no instructions we gave up in the end so was quite stuffy! Towels were quite worn and old. And the fact you need to download an app for the key was annoying - a lot of apartments are doing this and it’s just a faff!
Great location, and looks new and modern. Staff that we saw were very friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again.

United StatesThe mattress was way too hard. There was no air circulating in the upper loft. This meant that when it got hot, there was no way to stay in the loft, which meant that I had to stay on the downstairs couch during the entire 4 day stay.

NetherlandsThe stairs have no handrail, and the lighting turned on too late and off to early, making them a bit difficult to safely navigate. My girlfriend actually fell down some stairs on day one, luckily no serious injury. The couch in the apartment was only comfortable in the sleep mode with cushions against the wall; in couch mode the backrest is just a hardboard... not comfortable Also the apartment is neat and clean but very minimalist lacking any cozyness. Also no hang spots for your jacket.
Location was excellent, 10 minute walk to train station, city center even closer by. Short walk to coffeeshops across the street. The apartment was very clean and clearly quite new, everything was in excellent condition. The bed was nice, the bathroom a bit cramped but sufficient. There is a lot of closet space.
