Very hard to find any negatives, apart from the bathroom should have the option of a shower mat as the shower tray can get very slippery. The shelf with hairdryer would be an ideal to place this.

We had a comfortable stay in this hotel with well equipped rooms, excellent breakfast selection and the convenient transport links. The hotel is a converted former brewery with some of the original features but modern interiors. But it is the staff who make this a great place to stay. Without exception reception staff and housekeeping are attentive. Special mention to Joyto who was so helpful from start to finish during our stay. With the free bus transportation it is easy to get around. However, from the Airport we found the best route is BUS 29 to Cents Wassertum (6 stops) then change to BUS 9 to Neuduerf Brasserie stop which is directly opposite the hotel. Luxembourg is an expensive city but this hotel is value for money especially if you book with breakfast included. I look forward to staying here again when I next visit Luxembourg.

Restaurant wasn’t serving food, except opened for breakfast. Lacks dining options nearby. Breakfast options were limited. Lacks fitness facilities.

Lovely hotel, beautifully designed. Staff were wonderful, friendly and made you feel welcome. Shout out to Aimee and Ahmed, and another lady who I couldn’t catch the name extended my stay last minute. Made my whole experience smoother. Stayed in room 2019 (views to a backstreet) & 2024( view to the Main Street with a nice bathtub). Bus stops right outside take you to city centre/ Lux Gare.

Unfortunately the bar had no white wine! And the hair dryer in the room didn’t work.

Room was well laid out. Plenty of room for a family of four with a double and two single sofa beds. Shower room is separate from the toilet which is convenient. The breakfast was great - plenty of choice and everything fresh. The location is ok but there isn’t much going on so you need to either head to the centre, or there is also a large shopping mall in the opposite direction.

The hotel is in a very quite area and has an easy connection with public transportation to the airport (a route of approximately 20 minutes using two buses). The staff was very polite and assisted me in everything with my requests. The room was very clean and spacious.

My stay was absolutely perfect.

The property was very beautiful, extremely modern and clean. They are closer to the bus stop for the bus that gives you access to the city center. I loved how the stuff was elaborative on their explanation of what to do and what is free in Luxembourg.

We didn’t have TV remote in our room, my friend’s room didn’t have the bottle opener, hope the cleaning crew can check more carefully.

10 minutes on bus from city centre, convenient, bus station right in front of the hotel. Located on quiet road, very nice! Staff was friendly and really appreciated the welcome orange drink❤️

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like

The staff were very friendly, The location great for our visit - if you are fit it’s good 25-30 minutes to the tram or down to the bars. Buses and trams are free. The quality of rooms - bed was very comfy very quiet hotel.

This was the largest hotel room I’ve stayed in so far on my trip. The bathroom was large and had great water pressure and temperature, the fixtures were very modern and user friendly. While the location is about a 30-40 minute walk away from the city center, their is a bus line the has a stop right next to the hotel, and public transportation in Luxembourg is free.

The staff were all attentive, bilingual, offered use useful advice and let us store our bicycles and rack in their garage.

Easy to find and brilliant access to the city centre. Really awkward to park on surrounding streets.

- We needed access to a wheelchair during our stay due to a knee injury of one of our family members, but unlike other hotels we’ve stayed at, such as the Mercure in Amsterdam, this hotel does not provide any wheelchair or assistance in that regard. When we asked the staff if they could recommend a nearby place to rent one, they were unfortunately unaware of any options. We eventually had to contact someone from Luxembourg who helped us find a rental service the same day. - Limited amenities in the bathroom: no shower cap 🥲 - Open shower with no door, very inconvenient and no privacy. - Only one bottle of water provided daily despite it being a room for two people. - Limited lighting in the room.

The breakfast room is very, very small and for this size hotel it doesn't make sense why they have done it like this. Breakfast is also not that great, either. The pancakes are the best thing about it. The bedrooms are very small as well, and the decor is not always practical. Having showers that don't have any doors is a bit ridiculous. There are some things about this hotel that weren't planned out very well. It's only due to the lovely staff and location, which is why we would choose to stay here again.

This hotel was based on the main road that takes you straight into the city. You don't even have to get transport if you don't want to as it's a 30-minute walk down one road, so the location was amazing for us. The staff were incredibly lovely and welcoming during our stay, and we would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to luxembourg. The area is very safe and you have an Italian restaurant just round the corner which was amazing.
