Great location, walkable to sites, close to Team, very quiet, peaceful, spacious and nice. Owner was very nice. Met us in person, and kept our bags all day after we check out. Strongly recommend this place.

The hotel is wonderful and incredibly cozy, located within walking distance of the city center. As an interior designer, I always pay attention to the details — and here, everything is thoughtfully chosen with love and genuine attention to design. It’s also a lovely bonus that the hotel offers a small but well-equipped gym with everything you need for a good workout. Emiliano is a very welcoming host, he showed everything in the hotel quickly and unobtrusively, which was very pleasant. He was always available and responded to any requests or issues in the shortest possible time. His warm attitude made the stay even more enjoyable♥️

The property is a building with few rooms there is nothing special, by the way it was another business in the same building, the only thing is a walking distance from the center.

There’s no AC it was a terrible night the whole building was super hot and the room was hell on earth , my kids where crying and I’m with menopause imagine how my night was. I don’t recommend this place the bathroom is separate from the rooms.

This was a fantastic large space with sweeping views across Luxembourg City. Very clean, comfy bed, great water pressure! Great coffee was provided as well! It was walking distance to all the major attractions, and as a bonus, had a washer and dryer in the basement for our use, which we needed in the middle of our trip. The hosts we very kind and friendly, greeted us upon arrival, and even drove with my husband to find the spot to park the car. Great service!

The one improvement they could make to the room is that there is plenty of space to add a small loveseat and coffee table, so there is somewhere else to sit and relax besides the bed or dining table. Otherwise, it was furnished beautifully and comfortably!

Just an amazing place to stay. And it’s Iocated in the city centre and Emilion was kind person and answered my calls and was very responsive.

Was not expecting to be sharing area with another apartment.

Absolutely fantastic location close to the tram and easy walking distance from Petrusse area. Safe area, clean and everything was great with the apartment. Good communication with the host and clear instructions for check-in. We enjoyed this space.

REALLY IMPORTANT NOTE: We booked the "deluxe king studio". As of booking, it showed that that room has a washing machine and dryer IN THE ROOM. It also says this in words in my booking in the description of the room - "this room is equipped with a washing machine". The room does *not* have a washing machine or a dryer. The machines are in the basement, and it is shared with the rest of the building. It is super dark at night and difficult to navigate if you don't know where you're going. We were not expecting to have to share washing facilities. I won't bore you with the details of us trying to wash our clothes but it was annoying and inconvenient and in my opinion, the listing was a misrepresentation of the facilities available. Shared facilities are fine, it's Europe, I get it! But you need to make that clear. The only other minor issues: I agree with others about the privacy concerns with how the blinds/shutters work on the windows - and there are people living right across from you that can see directly inside. The kitchen counter space is also TINY, you basically can't set anything down because the stovetop takes up any little bit of counter space there is and it's a touch stove, so you'll accidentally turn on the burners constantly. We had to use the dining room table to prep snacks and food. I would recommend a small island or something to give more prep space as there's a huge open space in the kitchen for one.

The location was great. Emiliano was a good host. The bed was comfortable, and the bedroom and bathroom were clean.

The description on booking.com of the suite was not what we experienced and it was not fully accurate or transparent. It says that parking is available. In reality, there is only on- street parking, and it may or may not be available and comes at an additional cost. This should be disclosed in the description. The suite size fell far short of the 596 SF Indicated in the description. The "suite" did not contain any chairs or a bureau; just a queen bed and a closet. To access the "private" bathroom, You had to go outside to an open hallway and get to the bathroom. This hallway was accessible to other guests from above and below. Based on my travel experience, we did not stay in a suite. This was basically a room with access to an external, accessible bathroom. Our overall experience fell short of our expectations based on the description on booking.com. and the price we paid. I would urge the owners to update the description to better reflect the feedback above. Finally, there is ongoing construction directly across the street, and the loud noise early in the morning certainly did not help. This was not disclosed either.
