Great location, friendly staff and comfortable bed

Please excuse me, but I still don't understand why a hotel of this standard doesn't have basic amenities and no toilet brush :) I called reception twice to ask for a brush, they promised to bring one but never did.

Very convenient location for exploring the city center. Top-notch service. The concierge took my car, parked it, and delivered my luggage to my room. Delicious breakfast. The room was quiet, and I slept very well. However, my friends in another room said they could hear their neighbors very clearly.

View from the room was towards the backside of a building in construction/parking lot, but other than that, cannot complain about anything - service was good.

Location - very close to the old city centre and easy walk to key historical sites and restaurants. Breakfast - very nice variety of foods and good coffee. Room - spacious, airco. Parking available behind hotel which works well if travelling with car. Really liked the funky art and decor. Reception was friendly and quick to process any requests.

The street that the hotel went bout to was incredibly noisy (and I am not somebody, who usually minds noise). The location close to the train station was important for me, but I got to regret that, considering the traffic on the road, as well as the plans and the works in the neighbouring building.

The staff were fabulously welcoming and accommodate a much-needed early check-in. The rooms was simple but very clean and comforatble.

We were locked out of the hotel for over an hour after returning at 1am. Clearly the person on night duty was asleep which I find totally unacceptable.

Bedroom was facing the main road so was a little noisy at times but that cant be helped no fault of the hotel. Planes every hour overhead due to proximity to Luxembourg airport but I got used to it quickly and isn't loud enough to keep you awake at night.

Just a 5 min walk from the main station and 5 to the bridge that brings you into the old city itself. Staff very very friendly and kind. Spotless clean. Breakfast very tasty. Bedroom was lovely. Bed extremely comfortable. Rain shower a joy to be in.

The building work outside the hotel made the entrance tricky to find.

Staff at front desk - unfriendly and dont even greet you. They insist on only speaking English and dont let you finish your sentence.

The noise of the airport was a surprise and the construction work in front of the hotel.

The hotel itself is nice and the rooms are quite big and comfortable. Parking garage is convenient behind the hotel. Please search for the address before and set up your navigation system accordingly.

As there is considerable redevelopment work ongoing around the hotel the direct environment is not very pleasant and it was difficult to find the entrance to the hotel (in the middle of the building site), a warning would have been appreciated. As it was a public holiday there was no work building taking place but it could potentially be quite noisy.

An excellent breakfast and a comfortable room. It was great to be able to check in very early as our room was available, it started our stay very well.

The location, nearby the central station, late at night it feels dangerous given the type of people around the neighborhood. The breakfast has the bare minimum, no pies nor great selection of dishes.

Great location, nice room and good breakfast spread. The Gymnasium was very good, spacious, brightly lit, airy and with great up to date equipment. That for me was the real highlight !!
