Parking is a mess, it's better to leave your car in the outside parking, as no places provided. Shower could have been better regulated (shower head was clogged). Breakfast is overpriced.

Great location not far from the center of the city, reasonable pricing, spacious room. Restaurant is definitely not 5 star but quite good anyway. Would definitely stay again.

The pillows were ridiculously soft. Lay your head on them and they sink into nothing. Also the silly paper cups in the room for tea/coffee. If I invited guests into my house for a cup of coffee I would not use a tiny paper cup so why would the hotel do this?

The pillows were very flat, only one each. The balcony was such a tight squeeze that it was uncomfortable being on there & we are average size people. The parking.....we tried to park in the underground car park & there were no spaces left. It would have been useful to know that before we had to negotiate very tight turning circles to get out of there ! There is very limited parking outside & we were there promptly at check in. Just to be advised if you need your car on site. We were very lucky to finally get a space outside.

The room was very clean & the hotel is in a great location. Bar staff were exemplary.

The room is a little bit close to the main road, so it would be a little bit noisy at night if you open the windows.

The staff at reception are so kind to help us solve the problem, even providing a free stamp to send the postcard. And the breakfast is very rich, but you have to walk a while from the other building. The room is comfortable, and the staff will clean up and make it look perfect.

Staff were lovely very helpful especially Mario in the restaurant and a lovely young woman on Thursday morning on reception who helped us plan our trip to Vianden. Brilliant location.

The Hotel is located across the street from a beautiful city park. We were able to take a short-cut walk through the park to reach the city center each day.

Our bed was very old . with every movement it squeaked so it woke us up all night. Also the bathroom has no door. So , no privacy. It would be awkward to stay in this room with a casual friend

It has great location, easy reach to everything. There was a bus to airport and bus to the main train station very close to the hotel . The place is very green and our balcony saw some trees too . Staff were always helpful.

Although the hotel decorations are a bit old, but it’s clean and comfortable. I like the bed very much. The location is good as well, it’s next to the park and cliffs view.

Facilities in the hotel seemed a bit worn out. Also, better signs indicating where the entrance is would definitely help, especially for those coming by foot, late at night (as was our case).

Room was OK, though it did not have A/C. Breakfast was actually very good, especially on the dessert/pastry side. Location is also very good.

In some corners of the room it is not so clean. The toilet gets blocked frequently. The bathroom doesn't have a door. It is a bit complicated when you are with a kid, not with your spouse.

The location is really close to the center. The restaurant here is very good. The staff is nice.

The main issue was that there were many small moth-like bugs inside the room when we arrived. I think they came from outside as the room was on the ground floor. There were a few dead ones on our bed as well. Apart from that, our room was located near the toilets and we woke up quite a few times in the early morning with people slamming the door. Make sure to ask for a room not on the ground floor! Be mindful that there is no AC either and it can get quite hot on a hot summer's day.

Convenient location within walking distance from the train station and main Luxembourg attractions. The bed was king size and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The windows were large.

The location is great, the views from the hotel are really nice and it's well connected with public transport and walking distance from city center. They have a luggage room so you can let your bags before and after check on/out.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Luxembourg and found it to be perfect for our needs. A clean and spacious room, good value for money and staff friendly and helpful at all times. Well located, just a short walk from the centre and tram line T1 giving easy (and free) access to both the train station and airport.

The staff, the room, the bed, the shower, the location, the offered services, hotel parking. This hotel was super beautiful for my stay, I'd definitely come back here if I ever visit again Luxembourg Luxembourg. The staff spoke my language (Italian) which is unusual, they make a very good artisanal ice cream, and they are very welcoming. Loved it!

The pillows were very soft and flat offering little support and not a helpful aid to a good nights sleep. NB the hotel takes a credit card pre-payment of €50 per day against car parking and use of the hotel cafe/restaurant. Any monies unspent are automatically re-credited to the card after check out

The hotel was very well situated to take the city tram to the airport or rail station, also for the old town, Cathedral and a wide choice of cafes and restaurants. The tram stop is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. .

The toilet was separate from the shower area, and there was no door to the shower area. The shower is to back of the space, so there is a bit of privacy, but it's a little unusual and something to bear in mind.

Room was very clean and comfortable. We were able to store luggage until our room was ready for check-in. Within easy walking distance of centre, restaurants etc. Felt safe at all times too.
