Parking expensive. Some sort of power cut meant could not check in for well over an hour after arriving and no offer of a drink of anything while waiting. Just apologies and suggestion I went away and came back later.

The facilities are somewhat limited, no slippers, extra toiletries. There’s no sound proof room although in the details it’s indicated. We can hear noises from the neighbour room and vice versa.

By not having the air conditioning system, our night was not so good. It's been the only hotel in our holiday (among france, belgium) with no AIR Conditioned room. The room description was accurate, however a modern hotel, or for the price/for value ratio, should have it

Parking garage with tight parking spaces. A bit weird layout of outside parking spots. If you’re late you might run out of a spot.

The pillows are really soft to the point of going almost flat when you put your head on them, i folded mine double which made it just about useable

The hotel is perfectly situated as it is a 5 minute walk from the city centre & the Hamilius, which is the main hub for the buses & trams. It is also built on the edge of the valley, which is also easily accessible. The staff we spoke to were all friendly & helpful & the room, which although fairly basic, was clean & comfortable with a daily maid service.

There was no coffee making facilities in the room. I thought the breakfast was a little expensive (€21 at the time of writing I think). But to be fair, Luxembourg is an expensive city and I couldn't really compare this price.

Luxembourg has been on my bucket list for a long time, so I was glad to finally get here. The hotel was in an ideal location for getting around the city. There was many shops and restaurants only a 10-15 minute walk away. The attractions were mostly within walking distance as well. The hotel was clean, and the woman on reception was very friendly. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here agian.

Check in was late by most hotel standards at 4.00 p.m. Also we were asked for a €50 deposit per room which was unexpected. Not sure for what reason as there was no mini bar or anything like that. Beds were comfortable but pillows were disappointingly flat.

This is my first visit to the enchanting city of Luxembourg, and I couldn't be more thrilled! For those eager to immerse themselves in the city's charm over the course of one or two days, this location is truly ideal. The delightful buffet breakfast was a perfect way to start my day, and having a convenient garage parking spot made my stay even more enjoyable. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, ensuring a wonderful experience.

Property is dated - windows leaked and power went out while using hair dryer

Great location !! The staff are super helpful. We had a couple maintenance issues which they resolved - they allowed me to entend my parking an extra hour after check out while we completed a group foot tour.

Fantastic location. Easy walk into Haute Ville. Reception lady was the best I have ever come across. Such a lovely first impression of the hotel. Don’t be put off by the plain exterior of the hotel.
