Location a little too far away from town centre

Location was by a beautiful park but a little further out from the city than I anticipated. Staff were welcoming and friendly Room was spacious and clean

Nasty drains smell in the bathroom when we arrived and consistently throughout stay, breakfast good but very expensive, parking onsite good for small to medium cars (VW T-Roc just fits in the car lift) but not accessible to bigger cars with no warning when booking that this is a risk, also car park costs 30euro per night but this does not cover 24 hours but only check-in to check-out times so not possible to leave car if checked out but remaining in the city for the day

Parking was 35 euros per day instead of 30 as stated in Booking. The room seemed to be modularly assembled, when the lights were turned on on the next room we could see light coming in from the top of our wall. We could hear our neighbours too. Our balcony was not separated by anything from our neighbour's, and their balcony was completely visible from our room and the other way around. They seemed to enjoy being naked on their balcony, so we kept our curtains closed :S. Modular rooms are not cool. Privacy is cool! The rooms could do with aircon.

Great view from the balcony when the neighbours weren't on their balcony. The style of the hotel is great and goes well with the luxurious vibe of Luxembourg. Breakfast was great. The restaurant and its staff are brilliant!.

Just the welcome and the staff who were at best disinterested and at worst slightly rude.

As of this moment in time i have nothing negative to say . 😌

Staff are friendly polite , accommodating, and professional. They take a security deposit of £50.00 per night upon stay but seem helpful regarding this. We shall be back at this location on 12th August 2025. And look forward to recieving the reception once again from the staff.

Excellent location next to Parc Blair, Quite and peacefull. 20 minutes to city center by walking. Eployees were sincere , friendly and helpful. Great view at park side. Delicious meals at restourant. After 10 days searching it was a prfect choise in Luxembourg.

it was really noisy. drunk guests were coming home late. Moreover, I had a meeting during the morning. Staff came in and disturbed me. twice! narrow lift for cars.

Our bedroom was at the front of the building and quite noisy with traffic when the windows were shut. Dinner at the hotel was rather disappointing.

The hotel is conveniently located and it was great to have the underground parking. Free buses run from directly outside the hotel into the centre. The hotel is comfortable and colourful.

Staff is great, very helpful. Room is good and clean. Location is very good, close to a nice park behind the property and at a short walking distance from the public bus, which at Luxembourg is free. If you like walking, it is less than 30 minutes walking distance from Luxembourg City.

Incredible design and good taste in interior design. Good breakfast. The red light in the bathroom was an unexpected positive addition. The rooms are spacious and an easy 20-minute walk to the town centre. A piano in the lobby for extra ambience and good taste.

Everything was good

The rooms were big and comfortable. The location was pretty good and central. Breakfast was ok. Offers parking, a bit expensive tough per night

While it’s great that there’s a parking, it was very expensive to use and super tricky to get into. Getting your car to fit in an elevator (yes you read that right) isn’t a challenge I look forward to facing again.

View in the park was so lovely. We enjoyed the little balcony very much and loved that there was a bunny waiting for our two year old son in his baby bed.
