When i checked in, the room smelled like someone was smoking inside (i guess it's not the fault of the host as the rooms are clearly marked as non-smoking). I complained and they immediately moved me to a different room. Very nice response.

Sometimes the church bells from a nearby church can be a bit loud. It would be good to have a hand towel in the bathroom.

The room was neat, clean and had everything we needed for the night we stayed. The shower was very nice and warm. The location was also great and it was straight forward to get to the city. The hosts' lines of communication were very clear and always open.

The cleaning service for common spaces such as kitchen could come more frequently since it was not perfectly clean and some supplies were running out. There was a misunderstanding with accommodation provider related to a possibility to leave our baggage in the premises after check-out. In general, the accommodation let you leave your baggage in the hall if you ask but be aware it is a common space.

We appreciated reponsiveness of the accommodation provider and willingness to make our stay comfortable. The room was prepared for us even before check-in time. It was functionally furnished and contained everything we needed. The mattresses (quite hard for those who seek for softness) and pillows were comfortable. I would recommend the accommodation for anyone who would like to explore historic centre of Luxembourg and commute to the suburbs for a night. The area was really calm with a church just in front of the house (it once rang a bell early in the morning). The supermarket is located near (be aware of quite limited opening hours, especially during weekend).

It was a little bit noisy. You can hear everything from the room (voices, steps and noises) but is ok.

Excellent accommodation. We chose room with share bathroom and it was only share between 2 rooms so is perfect. The kitchen is a plus because it has got all the necessary to cook there. The check in and out is practical and effective. We also had the possibility to drop our luggage before the check in. Thank you! The location is far away from the centre but near supermarkets and restaurants. It is accesible to take buses to the center as well, just in front of the house and for free.

Some doors were a bit noise to close but I didn't mind it for real.

The owners were very nice and they provide me to check in earlier which was really helpful. Really good value of money. Place was clean and beds were cozy. The kitchen was well equipped so you can prepare your meals. Good connection with public transport. And I found everything I needed ( pharmacy store, markets etc) in the walking range.

There was a small misunderstanding with baggage drop-off, but it was eventually sorted out; but could have been handled more professionally.

This is my second time stay at this place. The hosts communicated effectively for the check in process providing all the necessary details. When I had an issue with the heating, it was resolved immediately, ensuring my comfort. The hosts were clearly experienced and very hospitable throughout. Overall, I would think about coming back again for its hospitable hosts. Despite the minor hiccup, the stay was just about functionally comfortable.

Everyone where closed early, some places 8pm, No ashtray outside the building, No option to run a bath (even though they have a nice big bath), the taps dont run into it. Beware of other guests, not everyone is friendly. And foil ran out lol

Beautiful location, Aldi, Lidl, and loads of food places less than 10 minutes away. 30 mins from town.

Not that much kitchen inventory (only one knife, few pots and pans, only one dishcloth and sponge for everyone). Toilet is right next to the kitchen, and you can hear everything. There was no towel to dry hands.

Nice room and easy check in/ out with code and keys for the room. Clean and staff was super helpful and fast. Bus was so close; one minute walk right to the center. Great place, large room with lots of closet space, and you can lock your door. Great place, would stay again.

The only negative maybe the traffic, it's next to a very busy road, so in the night it can be a little noisy.

The room was clean, and very big. The check-in check-out very easy, automated. The bus station was only a few minutes from the place, in 15 minutes you can get into the inner city, and the buses goes very frequantly.

Audibility. You can hear everything. If someone is talking behind the wall, even softly, you can hear it. I slept well for two nights. Two nights I almost didn't sleep because of talking and snoring from the next room. In addition, the floors creak a lot.

A lot of things in the house are well thought out. There were no problems getting in and out. The room and other areas were clean. Good transport accessibility. Internet is very good.
