A bit farther away from the city Center. You need a taxi or a bus. Transport is for free though. Glad We had our own car.

Would be better to have something on the vending machine for people checking in late night. There are no restaurants or online delivery after 10pm and was difficult for us to manage kids.

To my surprise the room was spacious and felt like a 5start hotel. Air, light, space was beyond expectation. Overall very nice place to stay if you are in Luxembourg.

The rooms were clean but not spotless. Some corners could use a bit of touch ups. Cleaning trolley was left behind in the hallway all day. Bit this is just nitpicking. Overall would recommend to stay here!

The hotel has a very nice atmosphere, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. The staff was really friendly and always there for you. Price-quality wise exceeded my expectations! Easy access to the city with the free public transport. Very efficient and short travelling time.

It seemed gloomy inside as the blinds in our room did not work so we could not see outside. The restaurant also had blinds that were closed half way which made everything feel shut in. It was nice to sit outside and enjoy a drink

The room was clean, and had all amenities you would need in a hotel room. The staff were beyond helpful in providing things if something was needed (we needed some extra sheets), to explaining stuff, and providing direction. We didn't have breakfast, but we had dinner one night and the staff in the restaurant were attentive, explaining things clearly, and working fast. The food we had at that time was good, filling and delicious. Additionally, if you are with a Tesla the chargers in front of the hotel are a godsend. In the 4 nights we spent there, there were always at least 1-2 free whenever we needed it, so they are no overly populated. The free parking in front of the hotel was unfortunately always full and the street parking had some spots free here and there (it was free after 18:00 until 08:00 the next day) and so finding car parking can be a bit tricky. But with the underground parking garage of the hotel (paid) there's always place to park if you pay.

When I contacted the property that I am staying with my 1-year-old baby, they said it is ok, but the room is too small to place a cot there. Although when I arrived and found the room big and spacious, I asked, they said ye,s they can give us a cot, but this will cost 20 Euros, which is too much

Nice hotel, away from the city if you are looking for a quiet location. There is a bus connecting you to Luxexpo, which is a transit point to the city (Nautilus) or the Lux Airport.

The reception desk was only staffed with 1 person whilst other employees were small talking in the background office. There was a long row of people at checkout and it took much too long. This is really unprofessional for such an hotel!!
