The twin room was a bit tight with no tea or coffee making facilities. The location was pretty central, but at night there were a few bars nearby with undesirables mingling outside. We had no problems, but I can imagine some people feeling on edge late at night.

Luxembourg is a wonderful city and this is a welcoming hotel with good staff and clean facilities

Unfortunately, the neighborhood. It's located in a bit "shady street". Our room was main-street-situated, so it was slightly noisier. We were missing the "do not disturb" sign for cleaning ladies not to clean the room.

Staff allowed us to do an early check-in. Location of the property was near the public transport stop (tram, bus, train) and it was close to the centre. Excellent staff, friendly, helpful, nice people.

Size of the room was ridiculously small, no room for your belongings. Breakfast was OK but basic

It is located at a sketchy place. So at night it is not really safe (especially if travelling all alone (as a woman). So be aware when booking that.

It was close to the station (a few steps) and city center (1km). The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good

It would have been nice with an electric kettle in the room, or in the lounge area.

A neat and tidy little room with a good aircon (even and comfortable temperature throughout the night). Quiet at night despite being on a lively street. Close to train station and easy walking distance to city centre. Friendly staff who let us store our luggage until afternoon on departure day, no problem at all. I liked the decor of the room and the hotel.

The bed was very close to the room entrance and the bathroom was quite small. This was not a problem for me, but might be for larger people.

The breakfast is continental, very nice. The staff was very helpful. I got the room before the official check in hour posted on booking. Everything was very clean. The room was nice, comfortable.

The room wasn't big and the neighborhood is not the best, a little bit noisy but close to the transport

Bedside light was physically broken but still worked. Beds seemed a little worn but still slept well. Room was next to elevator and staircase and therefore quite noisy. View out of the window was quite poor. All in all, we still had a great stay. For a somewhat budget stay I thought it to be a little pricey.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and housekeeping keeps the place nice and tidy. Our standard room was quite small (so was the bathroom) but most seemed to be in good order. Breakfast was a little basic but all we needed. Coffee and tea-facilities available in the after hours which was great. Airconditioning in the room was a big plus considering the high temperatures. The garage under the hotel is, just as they say, VERY TIGHT, so this takes some skill even in a small car.

The area was kind of seedy but no real issues. The room could have used a mini-fridge but the days I stayed were very hot so it might not be important other times of year.

Complimentary coffee in the lounge. Close to train station and places to eat. The room was cute and quiet, the bed comfortable, and I would stay there again.

Very less options for breakfast. There were drunk people around the hotel.

Location is close to station which was very convenient. Rooms was ok bit compact but solved the purpose of one night stay. Inside the hotel it was great.
