Breakfast is not a buffet, but rather a fixed set menu that is brought to your table. It can be enjoyable, though of course it may or may not perfectly suit everyone’s taste. Also, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises, including balconies.

We stayed at Hotel Heintz and were pleasantly surprised. Although it is a 3-star hotel, the service feels more like a solid 4. The hotel is very quiet, which makes it an excellent place to get real rest – we slept wonderfully. Our junior suite had a beautiful view, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A tip for travelers: make sure to reserve a parking spot in advance, as spaces are limited and prepared individually for each guest. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, which adds a lot to the overall pleasant impression.

Great location in the heart of Vianden. 10min walk to the chairlift and 10-15 walk to the castle. 5min down to the river. Rooms were large, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, we booked parking which was appreciated.

On a noisy street and had to keep windows open but air was very cool, even cold at night. But they had a fan which drowned out the noise (after 10 it was very quiet!).

Nice terrace facing a quiet hillside. Very pretty grounds for a hotel right in the village. Staff were all very kind and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. We asked for and were provided a fan and a kettle for the room. The restored building is beautiful.

Bathroom was tiny for two people.

Location is close to centre easy to walk to river, castle chair lift etc. Breakfast was very good and worth the extra money. Staff were extremely helpful and all spoke English which after a long journey was very relaxing. Everything very clean.

Our room was quite noisy with the traffic going by on the Main Street - not the hotels fault at all but if we returned I would book a garden room.

Location was fantastic for exploring beautiful Vianden. The staff were welcoming, thoughtful and polite. Beds were super comfy and the garden terrace was a great place to unwind and relax.

Beautiful cozy traditional hotel with lots of charm. The town is beautiful and has a castle and a chairlift to take you to a neighboring hill from which you can see the town and castle. The breakfast was quite good for the price.
