When my air-conditioning unit started to drip a lot of water on to the floor in my room - reported this, but nothing was done. My fellow traveller (in another room) reported that her safe and fridge were not working, but these were not dealt with either.

Good room with plenty of space for one person. Not sure I would have liked to share it, even with my partner, as the shower cubicle is in the bedroom. It was fine just for me. Bed was comfortable. Room was at the back of the hotel, which I was pleased about as it was reasonably quiet. Thankfully, there was air-conditioning in the room during what turned out to be a heatwave. Staff on reception were unfailingly polite and very helpful. Breakfast was across the road next to the station. Food was served at the table and was very good.

The room was very compact. This is the “business single “. For one person for one night, with not much luggage, I could just manage, but there’s no room to put anything other than on the bed or the floor. For more than a night, or two maximum, it would become very tedious.

We booked the penthouse suite. No instruction in the room/given on how to open doors leading onto balcony (it was a hot day and the balcony is a feature we booked the penthouse for). There are two window doors leading to the balcony. The staff member who came up to help (within 10 minutes) was able to open only one of the two window doors. We made it into the balcony so in the end, fine. The fridge sits behind panelling that could not be opened. The reception staff member resolved with a temporary fix (ie leave panel door ajar). The fridge temperature was also set too low btw (it froze our drink!). We did not fiddle with the temparature setting. Main inconvenience however was that the overhead shower did not work. We called to ask for advice, which was offered, but it transpired that the shower button was stuck rigid and could not be pulled/turned as advised. Very frustrating to have a great shower facility but not be able to use it (had to make do with the hand held unit, a poor substitute). This was rectified when we went for breakfast (which is at a nearby restaurant btw, something we did not know when booking). Given our experience, particularly the shower, we felt our expectations were not quite met for the price paid ie we never quibble on price but, in return, we feel it is only fair to expect everything to work for the price you set. These issues, all fixable, should always be checked by housekeeping before check-in. Clear written instructions should exist for accessing the balcony (or the second access door fixed).

The shower is inside the main room and completely see-through. The WiFi is a bit weak.

It's directly at the train station and you don't have to walk down the shady road. The bed was comfortable.

The big showerhead didn’t work no matter what I did, i had to use the small one so it was a bit disappointing. Also I couldn’t dial the reception number on the phone because it kept making a weird beep noise and didnt work.

It was very clean and comfortable. Super close to main train station. The staff were very helpful. The shower is in the room directly so keep it in mind if you’re staying with a friend:)

There was a lot of noise in the room from the corridor, the neighbours, and the window. The double bed was a bit tight for 2. But the main problem with the room (#104) was that the toilet and the bathroom had transparent walls which was extremely awkward as I travelled with a family member (not a partner, but someone you don't want to see naked or you don't want him/her to see you naked while in the shower). I think the hotel administration should resolve this issue and ensure guests can have some privacy in the bathroom.

The hotel is situated very close to the train station so the city is easily accessible. The room was small but clean. Bathroom was really nice and rather big. The staff was also nice and helpful. Easy check-in and check-out.

Great location for a stay just before catching a train the next morning. Spotlessly clean, elevator, long checkin/checkout hours. Hard floors so easy to move bags but once you take your shoes off in the room use the disposable slippers. Shower toilet etc all worked fine. Not sound proofed but none of the hotels near the station are. I stayed on a Saturday night and had in interior facing room - no street noise, but I could hear the occasional plane passing overhead. Cactus supermarket an easy walk and lots of restaurants nearby to choose from.
