If you sleep with a window open, be prepared for the noise of airplanes from Luxemburg airport in the morning in (all of) Luxemburg City

We had two large rooms which were both perfect. One was easy wheelchair accesible on the ground floor; the other a large room on the second floor. Everything served at breakfast is very tasty and the staff is perfect. This was our fifth(?) stay in this hotel already. Public transport is just around the corner at the trainstation.

The hotel has a charming atmosphere, and the bedroom was spacious and very clean. The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes away from the train station and a tram stop. Besides, the man at reception was extremely kind. Will recommend it!

I missed coffee milk cups. I felt the desk and chair was a bit squeezed into the corner. There was little room for the chair. Maybe move the bed a little to the side. For one person the storage is fine. If you're two and have lots of luggage then you might struggle with the space.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Housekeeping made the room tidy again with clean towels. Kettle also clean for tea and coffee. Two bottles of water in the room. There was a full outline of things to do, important telephone numbers etc. It was a first floor room facing the inner court of the building as requested. Nothing fancy because you can only see some outdoor chairs from the room but the point is that it gives a quiet stay opposed to maybe a room facing the street. Indeed it can become warm in the room so you would need ac when above 22 degrees. It was a good fan so that helped and I left the window open. In the morning you can hear the sound of planes but it was not disturbing for me. Closing the window isolated the sound. Had friendly interactions. Close to central station. Few minutes from the bus and tram. Two supermarkets right across. An Indian restaurant, Italian and falafel. Street felt safe and okay me. I never stayed out very late.

The pillows could be a little harder but I fear this might be a personal preference and the single rooms are quite tiny.

I like how centrally located it was, close to many restaurants and public transport stations. It was a building with character and very lovely.

There was no mini-fridge. For that price I would expect no extra charge for an early check-in Of course if the room was already available)

This hotel is simply wonderful. The rooms were lovely, the salon and reception area are beautiful, and the staff were exceptional. The pastries in reception as well as plenty of water were ideal for a treat, and its proximity to both the station and the city were ideal.

This is an old hotel that made the efrort of having a wheelchair accessible room. The antique style AND decoration was beautiful

Water pressure in the shower wasn't great. Hotel faces onto a busy pedestrian strip. Not an issue during the middle of the day and evening but delivery trucks for surrounding businesses park directly outside and there was a bit of early morning noise.

Lovely old fashioned hotel with an associated restaurant next door. The building lift was welcome as we had quite a bit of luggage.

Be aware there’s no air conditioning. Not a problem for me, and I just opened a window.

Comfortable hotel with recently renovated rooms in convenient locations for exploring the city. Staff was friendly, and breakfast had a solid continental spread. Done of the reviews I read suggested that the neighborhood felt unsafe at night, but I did not notice any safety issues. Maybe by Luxembourg standards the area around the train station is less picturesque than other neighborhoods, but this neighborhood had plenty of people out and about in the evening, bustling outdoor restaurants, and felt safer and cleaner than most major cities at night (London, Paris, New York, San Francisco, etc).

I loved the place. It was like walking into an antique shop and the rooms were like stepping into a time machine (in the best way possible). The staff was amazing. They let me keep my bag until late and more importantly, they saved me from missing my bus and hailed a taxi for me after my bus didn't show up. One of the staff waited for me outside until the taxi came. This place is right next to the bus station and is extremely walkable. PURE CLASS. MANY THANKS.

The planes taking off from the airport were pretty noisy.

Very nice, perhaps slightly old fashioned hotel, but a good place to stay. Close to the railway station which was handy for us. And situated in a nice pedestrian street. 10 minutes walk to the old town.
