Not the most convenient place to stay if you don’t have a car, and the room was quite warm and wouldn’t get colder even when the thermostat was adjusted

The whole hotel is incredibly clean and tranquil, the rooms are well-presented, beds are comfortable, and amenities are good. The area is quiet which makes for a peaceful sleep, but you are out of the way of shops etc. so having a car is ideal

Too far away from shops and bars

This hotel is in the middle of no-one perfect if you like hiking. Beds are hard. Breakfast not worth 18 euros each. 3 buses to get to the airport!! Lovely room and bathroom

Quiet, clean, good value, lovely and helpful staff. Great location in lovely walking country. Great that there was a fridge in the room. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice. As would something vegan on the menu. Overall, a place I would happily return to.

Some more fruit for breakfast would have been appreciated. The opening in the bathroom sink had a bit of a bizarre shape, the main drawback of which was that you could see the dirt in it (because the cleaning crew can never get to it)

The hotel is an excellent starting point to explore the Mullerthal trail, as it passes right next to it. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the sauna relaxed after a good hike...

You could feel the springs in the bed, which was a but uncomfortable. The bathroom has a glas door so you could see someone sitting on the toilet if you are laying on the bed. Besides that it smelled a bit like sewer in the hallway and sometimes in te room. But I guess they will have that fixed soon.

Decent hotel right on the Müllerthal trail. Room is fine, breakfast a bit limited in choice but tasty. Staff is friendly.

The room was very "sterile", not very cosy. Didn't really bother us : we were hiking and just needed a place to sleep, but for longer stays I would prefer a room with more personality. The restaurant was a bit expensive for us, so we went to eat somewhere else.

We're a family of 3 and prefer family rooms when possible. For this hotel however we had to book 2 double rooms. Upon arrival it appeared that a triple room was available and the owner gladly offered us a refund for the one double room. That's just great service isn't it ? We had a big room with 3 single beds and a big bathroom. The airco was very welcome in that hot summer period. The fridge in the room was great to keep our drinks cool for the next day hike. Breakfast was really good too.

We understand the hotel just got new owners since a month or so... and this was not bad but you could sense things where not perfectly oiled yet. Breakfast was good but breakfast room could be given a slighly better atmosphere. The restaurant where we had dinner once was great quality but on the expensive side.

Best thing about this hotel is that it is like "on" the Mullerthal no2 trail AND when you cannot do the tour in one day, then you have the free Luxembourg busses to take you back to the hotel one day and back to where you left of the next day (don't forget to download the mobiliteit.lu-app next to you offline hiking-app). Rooms are good/clean and spacious (at least ours was).

The shower was extremely hot with no way to adjust the temperature. Additionally, the dinner service was very slow; we waited 30 minutes for a menu and eventually left due to the high prices (main meals €30+).

The hotel is in a fantastic location, perfect for accessing the Mullerthal trails. The breakfast, featuring bacon and eggs, was decent and a good start to the day.

Smelly drains! Glass door to bathroom. Excessively bright blue and red controls which we had to cover to dim the light at night. Air con unit makes a noise all night but doesn't cool the room.
