Good location

We had a shower with no door / curtain (Sauna showers were unlocked on the first night for us to use but were cold. Given a glass of prosecco to make up for this, a positive start to sorting this, but the issue was still not resolved on day 2 of our stay and on the second time of asking staff told us to email the hotel, email response was rude/ didn't address the issue) The room is very light - Controls for lights and air con have blue and red lights on that you can't turn off, bathroom has no curtain and the bathroom door is transparent letting light into the main room. There aren't any tea/coffee facilities in the room and the room is tired (marked bedding, worn carpet) No communal area to enjoy your own refreshments with friends, unfortunately the drinks in the restaurant are double the price of the nearby pizzeria.

The whole hotel is incredibly clean and tranquil, the rooms are well-presented, beds are comfortable, and amenities are good. The area is quiet which makes for a peaceful sleep, but you are out of the way of shops etc. so having a car is ideal

Not the most convenient place to stay if you don’t have a car, and the room was quite warm and wouldn’t get colder even when the thermostat was adjusted

Mattresses could be much better. They seemed to be decades old. All else was good but basically mediocre. Breakfast too expensive for what you get.

This hotel is in the middle of no-one perfect if you like hiking. Beds are hard. Breakfast not worth 18 euros each. 3 buses to get to the airport!! Lovely room and bathroom

Too far away from shops and bars

Quiet, clean, good value, lovely and helpful staff. Great location in lovely walking country. Great that there was a fridge in the room. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice. As would something vegan on the menu. Overall, a place I would happily return to.

The hotel is an excellent starting point to explore the Mullerthal trail, as it passes right next to it. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the sauna relaxed after a good hike...

Some more fruit for breakfast would have been appreciated. The opening in the bathroom sink had a bit of a bizarre shape, the main drawback of which was that you could see the dirt in it (because the cleaning crew can never get to it)

Cleanless in the room, especially in baththroom, is not the best

Decent hotel right on the Müllerthal trail. Room is fine, breakfast a bit limited in choice but tasty. Staff is friendly.

You could feel the springs in the bed, which was a but uncomfortable. The bathroom has a glas door so you could see someone sitting on the toilet if you are laying on the bed. Besides that it smelled a bit like sewer in the hallway and sometimes in te room. But I guess they will have that fixed soon.
