The hotel was of a high standard with many facilities for a family who want a spa experience. It was very clean and the ground floor room we stayed in was very nicely decorated.

A few niggles. No chair in our room. No lounge area where you could sit comfortably and read. The main restaurant was more like a canteen but the smaller, upstairs one was nice. As tourists from western Europe we would have liked some different food choices but it was all fresh and plentiful.

I loved the smell at the hotel! The mattresses are very comfy. The face procedure very professional!

We had a truly amazing room as an apartment consisting of kitchen, dining and bedroom. We experienced a total comfort in all the areas of the hotel used. SPA zone is perfect and the restaurant is over the expectations (starting from menu and food to personnel).

The only thing which was bothering - elevators - those are too long to wait for, but you can always use the ladder ;) Cannot comment on any other thing which was outside of my personal appetite.

The hotel is very nice, not far away from the center and very close to a beautiful park. Staff are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, definitely the best part of our staying! The spa is very nice and big. Everything is clean and tidy. The dinner at the restaurant was also very nice, good food and reasonable price.

For the price paid, the room was VERY small, with a double bed pushed on one side of the wall. Yes, we have been offered an upgrade, but that would have made it even more expensive. Will definitely avoid that type of room the next time. Breakfast is ok, but it could be improved (eg juice was a bit watery and you would expect find more fresh juice and fruit)

Price so high…

Absolutely disappointing. We paid 600€ for two rooms for 1 night - 1 economy, 1 better with an additional sofa. The environment is old-fashioned - flower wallpaper above the headboard of the bed, there is nowhere to turn around for the economy room. Before arriving, the receptionist called and strongly recommended paying extra and getting a mini-lux 🙂🙂🙂 now I understand why 🙂 Spa - not worth 30 eu per person, because there are no underwater massages, only two small jacuzzis and a pool, well, you can spend an hour max.

Very friendly staff. Top notch spa procedures and sauna complex. Edgaras was an exceptionally helpful member of the staff who gave us helpful tips for our stay!

Our room was very spacious but had air conditioner units that made frequent vibration sounds.

Everything was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and had a comfy bed, and the spa area wasn’t crowded, so we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. The little details were lovely, like the welcome dessert in the room. Also, it was my husband’s birthday, and he received a surprise cake — such a thoughtful touch. Thank you!

Luxuriously looking hotel on the inside, check-in was quick. Hotel has a restaurant and spa, which is really nice.

Not every staff member was friendly. There was gluten-free bread and some cake available which was great however there was cross contamination because it was in the same spot as the stuff with gluten. My advice would be to make a separate corner with gluten-free things.
