A few niggles. No chair in our room. No lounge area where you could sit comfortably and read. The main restaurant was more like a canteen but the smaller, upstairs one was nice. As tourists from western Europe we would have liked some different food choices but it was all fresh and plentiful.

The hotel was of a high standard with many facilities for a family who want a spa experience. It was very clean and the ground floor room we stayed in was very nicely decorated.

The only thing which was bothering - elevators - those are too long to wait for, but you can always use the ladder ;) Cannot comment on any other thing which was outside of my personal appetite.

We had a truly amazing room as an apartment consisting of kitchen, dining and bedroom. We experienced a total comfort in all the areas of the hotel used. SPA zone is perfect and the restaurant is over the expectations (starting from menu and food to personnel).

For the price paid, the room was VERY small, with a double bed pushed on one side of the wall. Yes, we have been offered an upgrade, but that would have made it even more expensive. Will definitely avoid that type of room the next time. Breakfast is ok, but it could be improved (eg juice was a bit watery and you would expect find more fresh juice and fruit)

The hotel is very nice, not far away from the center and very close to a beautiful park. Staff are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, definitely the best part of our staying! The spa is very nice and big. Everything is clean and tidy. The dinner at the restaurant was also very nice, good food and reasonable price.

Everything was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and had a comfy bed, and the spa area wasn’t crowded, so we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. The little details were lovely, like the welcome dessert in the room. Also, it was my husband’s birthday, and he received a surprise cake — such a thoughtful touch. Thank you!

Not every staff member was friendly. There was gluten-free bread and some cake available which was great however there was cross contamination because it was in the same spot as the stuff with gluten. My advice would be to make a separate corner with gluten-free things.

Luxuriously looking hotel on the inside, check-in was quick. Hotel has a restaurant and spa, which is really nice.

The light fixture above the main swimming pool in the SPA area—the one that adds a luxurious ambiance and improves visibility while swimming. We were told the issue was temporary and would be fixed soon. Yet, it’s still unresolved. Could you please clarify when this will actually be repaired?

As always, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Their professionalism and attentiveness made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The hotel itself was spotless, with well-maintained common areas and rooms that reflected a high standard of cleanliness and care. It’s clear that housekeeping takes great pride in their work. We also really enjoyed the breakfast during our stay. There was a good variety of options available, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes like eggs and sausages. Everything was nicely presented and tasted fresh. The dining area was pleasant and never felt overcrowded, allowing us to start our day in a relaxed and comfortable setting.

Great location, very clean room and common areas, huge variety of activities, so it is better to come for at least 3 nights. There were eggs benedict during breakfast on Sunday- mouthwatering and extremely delicious. We were on our anniversary and personnel showed extra care and attention which made our experience here even more delightful. Strongly recommend to pick this hotel and spa.

The reusable bottle in the room should be given for free. The saunas should be kept textile free, it’s a shame they are not. The breakfast was a bit overwhelming with too many people at once.
