Spa is small, not enough beds, very few free parking lots. There are more efficient ways to compensate for parking, e.g. deduction from the bill. Banking transfers are less efficient, and, at the moment, I have not been compensated.

Simple but spacious room with balcony. Shirt walk to centre and nice sauna and spa. Had lovely dinner at restaurant one night. Most staff lovely, one not so helpful

Sometimes,it might be noisy during the night,outside people passing through talking and shouting loud,but thats depend what side your balcony is.It is all depends on how people are:)

The only thing that could be better.. coffee machine either in the rooms, or at least downstairs. In the afternoon, there is no place to get black coffee as the restaurant was not open :)

Really enjoyed both our spacious suite, and the hotel facilities itself. Recommend the lagoon view. We were here at the end of 'off-season' (early June), so it was still fairly quiet – 80% of the times we were using the SPA, we were the only ones. Breakfast was really plentiful too.

Checking in with staff was very good. All counter staff were good except for one. Arriving with the bus, this counter lady informed me she didn't think there were any Bolt driver services. The next day walking about I saw several Bolt taxis about. Asking her where the shortest route by foot to the beach was, she responded to go simply over the hill and down the hill. Sounded close right? As seniors we found the route way too long and should have taken a Bolt to the beach. After kindly sharing that there were Bolt taxis about and that the route she gave us was way longer than she inferred, it seems she was a bit less friendly to us. Then when we checked out after three nights, she came out of the hotel to stop us, telling us that we owed the hotel for two chocolates that we allegedly removed from the refrigerator. We did not take anything and informed her of that. She rather frowned at us, not saying anything and stormed back into the hotel. I believe this lady would be better employed by the hotel in a position away from serving its guests. Maybe in accounting, or supply...somewhere in a back room. Also, I believe housekeepers should keep a much closer accounting of each room's refrigerator's contents, as this counter lady called up at our check-out and asked them to check the refrigerator.

The location was good. Breakfasts were good. Beds were comfortable. The balcony was nice to spend time on. Staff members (except one) were very kind and friendly.
