- the sofa in the living room is too soft and sags - shower door is hard to slide - to enter the gated area for the first time, you need to leave the car in front of the barrier, go to the apartment to get the gate remote, return to the car, and only then you can access the parking lot

- spacious and bright - modern design - spotlessly clean - very well-equipped (everything you need and even more) - large dining table - practical bidet shower in the bathroom - roomy wardrobes - excellent blackout curtains (great for bright summer nights) - balcony with table and chairs - view of green areas and a playground - keyless door entry system - private parking space - located in a gated community - great location – close to the city center, yet quiet and peaceful

Nice new apartment with balcony, fully equipped kitchen, small but good shower, comfortable bed, large separate wardrobe room to store luggage and clothes. Superb code locks- no hassle with check in and the keys!

Everything was very good but some improvements still are possible. There were two TV cable box remote control units but only one TV remote control which is fine if you do not use smart TV features like YouTube or Netflix. It took some time to find correct parking lot spot as numbering is not in any logical order.

Everything was thought for comfortable stay. There were not only all kitchen appliances available, but also cooking oil, coffee and even sewing accessories if something should be fixed. Flat consists of two rooms and both had smart TVs with active cable TV subscription. Wi-fi internet was ok, but not perfect as few times significantly slowed down. Kitchen contain not only usual kitchen ware but also various cooking tools, dishwasher, stove, electric kettle, coffee machine with coffee capsules . Washing machine had all needed supplies. Also some toys were for children. Keys were electronic with codes and host sent codes and all necessary information very timely.

Apt 33 on 3rd floor, no lift but short steps. Brand new apt with top quality appliances. Clean, modern decor. Spacious and luminous. Very quiet. Fabulous shower. 400 m to old town. Secure parking. A few articles are missing but the owners are responsive and should attain perfection. Perfect location, balcony over looking a garden. The coffee machine is a Nestlé Dulce Gusto but 6 pods are supplied. Secure parking.

I had to park outside first, then enter the apartment to get the remote to open the parking gate. But ok. Sleeping pillows though not good

I could sleep very nice! Although the bed was a simple one, I slept through the entire night.
