I’d add humus and other veggie options and salads to make a bit healthier breakfast. And the coffee was good, but not any bug special.

Though we arrived a bit later than the check in normal hours they arranged a seamless entry for us. We booked a deluxe room which boasts a bath tub with salt ball and a stunning view. The breakfast was pretty good, though there was hardly anything beyond expectations with a bit limited veggie options. All in all a perfect stay. Also great to book from Sunday at a discounted price. Just perfect with next to no people.

Staff could be a little bit more customer oriented. I think I received just about for what I've paid, but keeping in mind that our room was downgraded, would've been nice to have someone on top to compensate. Breakfast was OK, but not great.

Very disappointed with staff... First night greeted or not by the lady at the reception desk, which did not seem to be bothered too much about new guest. We did not feel welcome and to be honest at moments felt a bit uncomfortable. Not going to name specific names or matters but overall staff rating in our experience during our stay would be very low. That's the only disappointment we experienced, although we did not let it affect our stay.

We loved the space, the entire spa experience and the peacefulness and elegance of the place. Rooms we stayed were great size, clean and very cozy - and the bed... simply the best! I would like to know where to get this kind of bed and bedding, slept like a queen :)

The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and spa, opened at 10:00 a.m, which we thought was very late and did not allow us sufficient time to fully enjoy them. Furthermore, the restaurant closed at 10:00 p.m., and we were the last to finish our dinner, feeling somewhat rushed. Our entire stay felt rather compressed due to the limited timeframe.

The hotel was truly lovely, peaceful, and luxurious. The restaurant food was exceptional; I offer my highest compliments to the chef.

None that we can think of. Well, no separate kiddo pool in spa area but this is minor

We loved everything! The staff was very kind and helpful; the apartment was fantastic - spacious and with everything you may need for the family; spa was spacious, with nice bar to order snacks.and drinks, nice saunas and pools with a lot of body massaging options; dinner at the restaurant was lovely (they have a kiddo corner), the kids loved the food especially bread donuts! Breakfast had great options and was super tasty. Xmas decorations on the premisses were gorgeous. We will definitely come back!

Both sizes of pillows were too big for my taste. The spa area is the opposite of cozy. Demagnetizing keys even if one of them was left in the room away from any magnets, credit cards etc. sure was an annoying experience. Cue sticks and the cue ball need replacing.

Superb breakfast selection. Clean rooms. Nice selection of toiletries. Super soft bathrobes. Great swimming pool. Helpful staff.

The bed is very uncomfortable: the mattress is broken and you feel like rolling out of bed all night, and the pillows are simply nightmarish, so high and wide that it is impossible to reach them with your head. At breakfast I overheard several rooms talking about how uncomfortable the pillows were. During breakfast, even though we were the first to arrive, the food was completely cold.

Lack of options for food and drink. The gastropub is only open at the weekend and the main restaurant is excellent but expensive. There was a lack of staff and a lack of experience with reception staff not familiar with systems and how to book things. One day we couldn’t order cocktails or coffees at the spa as the staff didn’t know how
