Gate to nearby river park is closed, you have to go around the block to access it. Overall facility is a bit worn, could use some remodelling. Bathrooms are spaciuos but shower is of a poor design. Shower base is raised at least 25cm from the ground, you need to make this awkward step up to enter the show cabin. There is space and potential to install an epic shower there... Sound insulation is very poor, doors are of a cardboard type. Price was over the top, hotel was fully booked

In my attic room, I hit my head off the ceiling a number of times.

The breakfast was very good- a wide range of cooked food and fresh fruit, regularly replenished so it always looked and tasted appetising.

What is not to like? Best value for money I had in years!

Nice beds, clean, cheap, great SPA services, jakuzie, sauna, awesome breakfast, view on park, the hotel itself was beautiful, very nice location in a very center. And thanks a lot to a very helpful hostess at the reception who was very kind and helpful despite having to deal with a large number of guests

The breakfast was really sub-par. You will not stay hungry, but there is not much to delight you. Also - I would suggest getting rid of the sign that hangs above the bread counter (it says something like... if you are what you eat, then I am fat, cheap and easy ... or sth like that). That is NOT a good place for that joke.

The location is nice - just next to a lovely park. And the restaurant is lovely for dinner. The rooms were simple (but clean) and also had a lovely view to the park. There was plenty of parking spaces, accessible with lower / sportscars.

The steam-bath room in the spa was not in operation.

The buildings were impressive, and the surrounding gardens well-decorated with interesting sculptures. The breakfast was rich and tasty. The rooms were comfortable with well-functioning air-conditioning. The spa swimming pool was big enough, and the jacuzzi operational. The sauna was not too hot.

In the summer there is definitely need for air conditioner. The bladed fan is connected to the ceiling light and only works when the ceiling light is on. This is bad because in hot weather, air circulation is needed even at night (you don't want to sleep at night with the ceiling light on brightly).

Breakfast had many options, but some foods felt a little stale / cold. Room was quite dated, shower did not have good drainage. Also, it is annoying when the room has sloped ceiling, and starting just above the beds.

Gym and pool with a hot tub were accessible free of charge. Breakfast is served on the side of the hotel overlooking the city center, so you can enjoy a great view.

A good hotel with a very good breakfast, featuring plenty of local Lithuanian products. We checked in quite late, and the staff waited especially for us. It's good that there's free, gated parking. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and you can use the kettle and tea in the room.

The Steam sauna is not working, and the swimming pool needs renovation. The hotel restaurant shut down early, we would like to have some time and take few drinks little bit longer.

Everything is fine, the hotel is a little bit old. Parking place is free and front of the hotel. Breakfast was great, several different options which to choose what you want to eat. Spa is good, but need update. Unfortunately, the steam-sauna is not working.

More attention to details needed. Pillow was not comfortable. Its a cheap polyester pillow. Only one set of towels in the room. I took my room towel to the swimming pool and had to use the same towel after swimming and in the room. There was no possibility to get an extra spa towel. My room 227 was located in the end of a long corridor. There were 3 doors to go out straight to the yard from long building but these doors were locked. It could be nice if you could enter these doors with the room card so you don't need to walk twice or three times more distance via the main entrance. I was accompanied with an older person so it could have been much more comfortable for him. I don't like the fact that hotel is separated into 'budget' and 'business' sections. It's a bit of segregation feeling. And sorry to say i was happy to book budget since I felt i overpaid anyway as value for money is not high. I saw a suite 213 and was not impressed either.... And sorry to say, I didn't like the Porche car parked on the pavement when plenty of space available in the parking.

Pool was the best place for me and there ar not many hotels we can get long pools. Thank You. Restaurant food is amazing and view from it perfect. It is rainy day in town, hotel was like cosy nice place where to be.

The rooms were clean, the breakfast was just exceptional with so many options all of which tasted great. The hotel had a free gym that was miles better equipped than the average hotel gym - was able to have a proper workout.
