There was nobody at the reception when we arrived despite it said from 8 am to 11 pm. They were rude and unavailable when we tried to call them and they made us wait. The outdoor key didn’t work and nobody was at the reception again, and when we managed to contact somebody they were even annoyed. The room wasn’t too bad but it smelled terribly. The kitchen was filthy and in a bad state. The prices vary a lot from day to day, we paid 108€ for a quadruple room and the next day the same room was 68€.

We enjoyed good location, near everything important and neede, also not far from old town. Beds were comfortable and we had a room all for our four family members.

The room had minimum inventary - beds, some chairs, a rack for clothes and a trach pin. There could have been at least a table, to put things on and some pictures on the wall. Negative aspects were smoking people in front of house under our window and shower drains were clogged, also kitchen needs some work do be done.

Nice hostel with very comfy bed (great blanket too), super friendly stuff and a good location, walkable from bus/train station and in a lovely peaceful area. The people were so cool, they assigned a bed for me even tho I arrived late and booked late as well, couldn’t find much hostels at that time. They also kept my towel and even washed it for me when I came to pick it up in a few days. The bed was so good, I was super tired and slept like a baby. Didn’t have much time to spend in the common areas but they seemed quite comfy and nice too.

The common shower around the room I stayed in is so tiny. There is more than enough place to wash yourself but I had to think a bit of how to deal with my clothes in there, didn’t find perfect solution, so maybe they need some hooks inside 😁

Place was near the center of the town.

Accommodation conditions were not met as advertised / promoted in the booking - room had no private bathroom or shower, there was no refrigerator in the room, the room had distinct smell of cigarettes and that was their so called "family" room - one of the windows couldn't even be opened to let the fresh air in. From the beginning we were met with a drunk person outside, right outside the kitchen, the aforementioned kitchen was dirty, unclean, and did not meet basic sanitary requirements, same goes for common spaces, where floor was dirty, not moped, there was trash bag laying open on the floor with a stink coming from it. We chose not to stay prior to the check-in time, after seeing our accommodation place.

The lady at the reception was really kind, she let me leave my backpack there while I was walking in the city. The place is close to the center, also close to Maxima. An American man made me coffee in the morning. :)

I was the only girl in the house, also maybe the only tourist. I was a bit scared when I arrived, but than I realised that it was a safe place, everyone was nice.

Very good location

Around 10.20 pm. On June 22, 2025, at the Rock n' hostel where I was staying with my friend, Mohmmad Siddiqu, for two nights in room number 10 I, Syed Anwar, got hurt when the right side of my head dashed against the bottom part of the bunker bed, causing me pain and anxiety., consequencet to which Mr. Siddiqui asked me if I was okay. I told him that I feel pain, but since I don't know how the medical assistance works in Vilinus, I should manage it, but will see my family doctor upon my return to Canada to determine if there is any possible danger to my health from the short - or long-term perspective." .Besides, as a Canadian, I am covered under our medical system. I informed the hotel staff .at reception a day earlier about my fears of getting hurt or anyone else because of the hazardous positioning of the bunker bed right under the twin bed, to which the gentleman did not agree if it was possible. I offered to show the personnel how this was dangerous to the guests, but he didn't respond to my request in a positive way, while my friend was with me. The Rock 'hostel failed to keep me safe and comfortable, as a valued guest of this property, beside there was no body at the front desk to whom I could register my complaint abut my getting hurt.on that eventful evening, neither the following moring pf checkout. My friend Mr. Siddiqui saw the dashing of my head against the bunker bed base while he was sharing the room with me. I made this reservation through your organization, and thus, I request you to please look into this matter as I deem this .as a serious matter, and I should get justice. In this matter.for I have suffered the pain, stress, and confusion so far away from my home.in the Rock 'n' hostel. I will also consult with the pertinent ones accordingly once I return home.
