How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The room had minimum inventary - beds, some chairs, a rack for clothes and a trach pin. There could have been at least a table, to put things on and some pictures on the wall. Negative aspects were smoking people in front of house under our window and shower drains were clogged, also kitchen needs some work do be done.
We enjoyed good location, near everything important and neede, also not far from old town. Beds were comfortable and we had a room all for our four family members.

The shower wa a bit dirty
The kitchen was very good, and the personal were very nice. The bed was confortable.

Water sinks are in the corridor.
The hostel is in 2-floors separate house with a garden , and has its own atmosphere .

The beds could be a bit more confortable as the common areas a bit better as are not super clean.
The kitchen is quite big and let to interact to people. The location is very much for people that is for work there. That place is not for young people but for people that go for cheap accommodation.

Facilities could be improved, one of the shovers had a broken door and the other shower I went to had a toilet which was missing a lid. I haven't used the kitchen or anything else so I can't comment on those.
Straightforward check-in with the hostel staff. I arrived late into the night and called the provided phone where I was politely guided. The bed was good and comfy and I got lucky with the people I was sharing the room with.

Renting a bed is good, but room's in this hostel does bot worth it. If there is than 2 people better rent some other property, but 1-2 is awesome amount of people for this place.
One of the best locations, every place in Vilnius is max 35 minutes walk, most of them are 10-20 minutes, so it's nice for tourists. Place is really good for it's price, bathroom, shower and everything for a nice hostel. Nice place to rent a bed

Wi-fi had trouble reaching upstairs and I wasn't very impressed with the unisex bathrooms only because I had to clean urine off the toilet seat and watch where I stepped (not the hotels fault but inconsiderate male guests!)
Liked our room with our own kitchen even if it did need updating. Room was comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful and the house had a good vibe.

There is no signage so it was very difficult to find entrance at night when we arrived. It basically looks like a house on the street. There was no staff on site to greet us which made it very difficult to get in to the building, however eventually he came to the property to ensure we were in and parked. The curtains in the room were very thin and the blind on the velux was torn so we were woken very early by the light. Quick fix would be to fit a proper blinds.
Room was very spacious and there was access to 2 showers on our floor. The single beds were comfortable with fresh sheets and towels and it was only about 20 minutes walk to the old town. Great to have parking available although think this should be free to guests rather than 5€ a day. However we were able to leave our car in day of departure until we actually wanted to leave Vilnius so that was good. The staff were very friendly

A black man used a wire rope in the kitchen to brush his slippers, and I cooked noodles beside him.The toilet on the second floor was broken and no one fixed it.
The bedroom was clean, the staff was nice, the kitchen was nice with an oven, microwave, kettle, cooking, and a yard to dry blankets and clothes.The black brothers are also friendly and nice.Offer to help，The room was clean,Would stay here again.Good quality and low prices
