Well nothing is perfect but it's acceptable. No entrance for a stroller but if there is someone near by they will help.

Got a baby cot for my 1 year old and I am very happy with that.

The nighttime receptionist needs to work hard on her people skills. My room was very warm, they supply a fan, but it isn't really adequate. There's a decent spread for breakfast, but I usually only drink coffee and have some sweet pastries, neither of which were particularly nice. The side of the bed I chose to sleep on was broken, they did try to fix it, but it broke straightaway. Not a tragedy as I could sleep on the other side of the bed.

The hotel was comfortable, near enough, about 20 minutes, to Cathedral Square. The rooms were large. There was plenty of hot water and the pressure was good. The daytime receptionist was lovely. They supply a bathrobe and slippers which are very useful. It was clean.

The shower didn't drain the first day but seemed like it was mostly fixed the last time we showered.

Beds were comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great, easy walk to old town and many sights.

I stayed for 3 hours only. Room was clean, bed was comfortable with power outlet for charging device, bathroom was clean and not far away from the room. Check-in lady was polite. Location is good.

The only negative I found which wouldn’t hinder me from booking again is when I was checking out, there was no one at the desk and after about 5 mins of waiting someone appeared to check me out.

I arrived late at night/early morning and previously checked if this was okay via messenger. I was reassured they had 24hr reception which was great when I arrived. I was expecting to be sharing a room with other but had my own room which was big and spacious. The beds were super comfy too for the price and overall offered amazing value for money.

The room size was bigger than expected, and the hostel is located in a quiet street. It takes less than 5min to walk into old town which was great that you could grab a coffee on the way there. The place pretty much provides all the necessary facilities if you plan to stay a few nights there. The front staff could have be a little more friendly, but overall was good.

One guy at the front desk seemed to be annoyed when I would ask him a question. Probably shouldn't be in the hospitality business. And the above-mentioned warm room.

The rooms were comfortable but a little warm. My room faced the street, so I kept the window closed at night. There was a fan which helped. But the bedding was too heavy, and I never used it. I don't understand why the hotel doesn't provide just a sheet. The shared bathrooms were always clean and not that busy. I was able to leave a bag before checking in. Good value. Short walk to the old town.

Everything went well. It could nice have tea and coffee in the room. I think guests will appreciate It.

Good location not far from the old town, close to the bus and train station (just 10-15 minutes on foot). Halės market and Iki supermarket close to the hotel. Large room with a good Wifi. Shared bathroom with shower. Everything is very clean. Bathrobe and slipplers for guests. In the room there's a kettle and a fridge.

For me personally the pillows were very uncomfortable, they were huge and super hard.

I had a twin room. It was super spacious and very clean. The bathroom and shower facilities on the floor were very clean also and had everything necessary incl. the hairdryer.
