Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomThe fact that staff would start cleaning the saunas and swimming pool before actual closing time. For me it’s not acceptable, if closing time is at 9pm, everything should remain open until then. And the staffing looking after the swimming pool and saunas were rude about it. Very similar situation with food, if dinner is from 1 o’clock in the afternoon till 3 o’clock in the afternoon food should be available until the end similar situation with the supper and breakfast, not starting taking away dishes half an hour before closing.
Food was very good. All the meals were really nice. I liked the swimming pool and Jacuzzi and Saunas. The hotel is nicely refurbished, my room and my bed were very spacious. I particularly like one member of staff; Virginia. She was a very nice, warm hearted, knowledgeable lady who did my “borowina” treatments. Thank you Virginia, you are a star! ⭐

LithuaniaSome of the procedures felt a little bit rushed. Also the consultation with the doctor was quite disappointing - there was a russian lady who barely spoke Lithuanian and seemed unaware of the types of wellness procedures that would be suitable for me. It looked like she didn’t know what she was doing.

NetherlandsAt least during my stay I was the youngest person there. The entire SPA is crowded with Russian speaking seniors. It was hard to relax because those people are very loud - they talking talking talking talking talking over each other, laughing, complaining... It was impossible to relax in the silence. And most of them are impolite, for example, they do not know how to wait in the line (grabbing food, pushing other people despite the fact that buffet is huge and personnel keep bringing lots of meals) or behave in the public: falling asleep and snoring at the salt room, coming to the procedures way earlier and being extremely rude against nurses... Ladies are wearing jewelry and heavy make up at the sauna and the swimming pool all the time - so weird and unhealthy.. Sadly, but not enough of locals nor other foreigners From Europe, UK or USA are visiting Druskininkai, so without Homo Sovietus this place would not survive financially. Overall, I had a great time. The quality and price ratio is incredible. I will definitely return soon.
SPA Top class, high quality, professional medical procedures. Amazing swimming pool with hydromassage functions, lovely steam room and sauna. Extremely low prices in comparison with other hotels locally and abroad. HOTEL ROOM The bed was super comfortable. A/C was working perfectly. It was big enough. Robe and slippers were provided upon arrival. All the SPA procedures are in the same building. You can have a rest at your room between the sessions. RESTAURANT 3 meals per day were included in the package. A huge variety of starters and hot dishes (traditional Lithuanian cuisine). LOCATION The old town is across the bridge. You can easily walk there. Beautiful forest, river, and the fountain is nearby. There is a small park at the premises of the hotel but it is not impressive. The central bus station is less than 1km away. Bolt/Uber is not working there but you can ask at the reception to call you a taxi if needed.

United StatesCompared to other similar spas, the food was disappointing, especially considering that this property was priced similarly to the higher tier properties in Druskininkai. The salt room is also not a salt room.
The highlight of this property is the pool. It is beautiful, and was my favorite part of this visit. The staff were also absolutely wonderful and I felt welcome and happy with everyone I interacted with. The services offered were extensive and I really enjoyed my program.

United KingdomOne of the massages that I had, was supposed to be 15 mins, but really it was just 10 mins... Isolation in the rooms is not the best. We could hear people talking very loud every morning/evening and always hearing toilet flushing from other rooms. But other than that everything was good.
This is our second visit, and it was great! Everything is clear, procedures are great. Food is very tasty, whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner. Most of the staff are friendly and communicates well. Rooms are clean. Swimming pool area is great! Overall - cozy place. Thanks!

United KingdomThe isolation in the rooms could be better. No A/C in the room. When you go into the thermal baths, the windows are kind of open, so people from the other building can see you naked, not very comfortable feeling. But other than that - everything is great!
New, rebranded place in a great location. I’ve stayed in many other health resorts in Druskininkai, but so far I’ve liked this place the most! Great mini procedures, very welcoming and caring staff! Super tasty food, feels like at home! Location is also good because it’s near the river and close to the nature and the city centre. Swimming pool area is also super big and amazing! Will definitely come back!

LithuaniaRegular single rooms look and feel mediocre. During meals, dessert section is often running out quickly.
Improved double rooms are very cozy and beautiful. Staff is polite, friendly and very helpful. The food is delicious, and the food menu changes every day (except breakfast which happened to be the same but still good). Spa area is clean. Treatments are advised and finalized by the doctor who listens to your health complaints and treatment preferences (so it is good to know which treatments you want to get in advance).
