Could do with extra pillows available in the room, I’m sure they were available if requested though.

Not something that the hotel can do much about, but parking can occasionally be a challenge. This would be the same issue for any hotel in the city centre. Viešbutis Kaunas has a few dozen parking slots accessible through a porch on Mariono gatvė (which cannot be reserved in advance - check availability before you reach or rejoin the hotel). We were lucky to find a place almost every time. When the parking is full, as Laisvės alėja is totally pedestrian and parking lots in the area are few and small, you may have to search for quite some time within the square kilometre around the hotel before you can park.

The hotel is close to the middle of Laisvės alėja, and thus at the heart of the Art Déco part of the city. It is of good standard, staff is efficient, breakfast choice is very good, rooms are functional and comfortable.

Really good place in city center. Parking have limited space, but they have 2 EV charger what is really good and useful. Room was big a lot of free space.

Strange smell at first, perhaps stale smoke, aired out after a while but needed the windows open after we arrived.

We only had one night, but it was a beautiful building, stylish decor. Very comfortable beds.

Can’t find anything. For me everything has always been great.

Very friendly staff. Everytime I go to Lithuania I stay in this hotel. Always a warm and friendly welcome. Special thanks to the kind man working outside who helped me to park my car! 🙏 The hotel is very clean and modern, AC is amazing. Breakfast is delicious and they don’t rush you to leave past the breakfast time. I didn’t manage to find time for sauna and poll, but it’s definitely a huge bonus. I think the price-value balance is very very good. Of course the location is also the best.

Easy parking access & great and friendly service, stayed in the newer side and the room was super spacious, clean with an comfortable bed and bath. Direct access to the outside balcony deck was a nice plus, as well as a working AC. Highly recommend, great value for money. Breakfast is also quite good with attentive servers refilling and cleaning.

Great location on the main street with easy access to both the old and new towns. Good size rooms with soft but comfy beds. Really good breakfast with lots of choice. Friendly and helpful staff, especially on reception. Parking is limited, but also super cheap at €5 for the whole stay. Overall, really good value and a great stay.

The only minor downside was the coffee from the breakfast machine, it was not very good.

Booked a deluxe room , but received an old fashioned room which I even couldn’t find on the pictures while booking as they say all the rooms been renovated.

Great location , clean , staff been friendly. Breakfast had a good choice. The room was very spacious with all the amenities needed. Was worried about the busy Main Street , but the windows are well isolated and couldn’t hear a thing. Spa facilities been included , but I haven’t used it.
