In the game area pool balls and air hockey was missing and we couldn't use it.

From other reviews I expected less on the room and spa, so I got more. The swimming pool area is on a smaller side, but was enough to enjoy it even if it was a bit crowded at times, plus we could enjoy it both days while spending a night. Spa procedures were great and the staff super polite. Room - normal hotel room, not fancy maybe a bit outdated, but clean and comfy. Breakfast top notch. Tried lunch menu in the restaurant, actually quite good value for money. Spent less on a family of 4 than eating out down town.

The room wasn’t very clean — the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed properly, and the curtains looked like they hadn’t been washed in quite a while. The bed was very soft and not comfortable for our liking. The kitchen was poorly equipped: there were almost no essentials. You have to go to the reception to request basic items like plates and cutlery. There were no kitchen towels, dishwashing liquid, or even a garbage bag provided, which made it inconvenient. Breakfast was included and generally okay, but I was disappointed by the lack of healthy options. Given that it was summer and this is a wellness-focused place, I expected more fresh vegetables and fruits. Also, the baby cot provided was quite worn out, and they charged €10 for it, which felt unreasonable considering the condition.

The room was very spacious and included a small balcony and a kitchen, which was a nice bonus. We also had access to the pool and three different saunas, which added to the overall relaxation experience. The hotel surroundings are peaceful and green, perfect for a quiet getaway. The location is great — just a short walk from the center of Birštonas and surrounded by beautiful nature and walking trails along the river.

The hotel needs an update. The hotel is clean and nice, but everything is old.. Room was smells weird, I think, that is dirty carpet what is on the floor. Bed was a little bit too soft. The hotel bar is ridiculous and difficult. You need a smartphone to order and pay drinks, and the waiter, some point come and bring you that. At the same time, you probably go yourself to the restaurant behind the corner and get it there. But I don't know, is it possible.

Spa is a little bit small, but it's a great place to relax. Swimming Pool, 2 jacuzzi, 3 sauna. Tip: go after 6 p.m., most of people are went already to eat dinner. Breakfast was great, several different options which to choose what you want to eat. The restaurant a la carte is very delicious, big portions (maybe too big) and good price. Parking space is in front of the hotel and includes the price.

The room could be cleaner. There were old shower gel stripes stuck on the walls of the shower. The AC did not work in early June. So we had to open the window through the night as it was hot in the room. Some bugs were flying in through the window. As the receptionist said it was still off season and AC did not work in the whole building. The food at breakfast could be tastier. The toilet is very high which we found strange and uncomfortable.

The location of this hotel is very nice, in a quiet place near the river and forest. Away from the city center where other hotels are. The room I stayed in was big, with a balcony. The spa was small, only 2 saunas worked but it still was good and in the morning there was excercises in the pool for free which is great. When you are in the spa you can also walk outside to the natural foot massage path and cold mineral water pool. Breakfast has a wide variety of food, maybe not top shef but everyone can pick something for himself. There is a forest path to the watch tower from the hotel. A fridge and kettle in the room.

We stayed on the top floor and it was unbelievably hot. No air conditioning. Outside temperature was about 20, inside- 25-26. Was very difficult to sleep at night time.

Property was amazing , however I feel that the hotel pool staff are not kid/family friendly. There was an older man who was looking after the pool area who was quite rude to my kids whilst I and my husband was right there, he personally decided to speak with my kids in a raised voice about pressing the water cannon, which I would understand would an issue if other guests would have been disturbed, however there was no one around. Further to this, we felt he was staring at my kids and following them, which made us uncomfortable and unwelcome. And for context our kids are well behaved, but they are 4 and 7 so they will splash a little, want to press the buttons and express joy, we kept them quite and asked to keep their voices down, but it shouldn’t be the case as from other hotel amenities it is clear kids are welcome so I think it’s important to train your staff accordingly or market the hotel differently if this is not the case. Very disappointing so we will not be back.

The hotel is always really beautiful, clean, smells amazing ! Most of the staff are welcoming , warm and friendly. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and plenty of variety to suit all tastes and likes.

The SPA was crowded and not very well looked after. There were little babies with pampers pants. One of them pooped in jacuzzi bath.

I loved the fact that the hotel had two play areas for people with children. The one at the dining place was an amazing idea. You can keep an eye on your little ones while they are playing. The staff at the restaurant, spa, and the cleaning team were very friendly, welcoming, and polite. They also had a variety of food. Mostly traditional. Which was great!
