the hotel and the room itself has really nice desing, stylish and cosy. room was quite big, with a lot of things in mini-bar. Nice and spacy and clean baath-room. the location was really the best, close to all atractions, in nice old building, the parking area - also very good. it was really a nice time to be in this hotel.

The breakfast was fine but not amazing; it was okay though. My only other issue was that the curtains in our room didn’t fully block out the light, but this was not a huge deal other than if we had visited close to midsummer

Our room was at the front of the hotel. The street has a number of bars that get quite busy at night and unfortunately the rooms don't have the best soundproofing, so we were disturbed by a level of noise from the bars. This stopped by about 1 or 2am and with the ear plugs we brought, it wasn't too bad, but would recommend bringing ear plugs in case you are on this side of the building. The breakfast was fine but could have been improved by a few more options, particularly a few additional vegan options for those with dietary requirements and allergies. The safe in our room was quite temperamental and we were unable to get it to lock. One of the receptionists came and tried to help, but was also unable to make it work. An engineer was sent to the room to look at it, but he simply showed that the mechanism was very stiff and left. We were still unable to lock it. For our short stay, this wasn't too much of a problem, but is something that could be improved for people staying longer.

The hotel is very well located, just inside the Gates of Dawn, one of the gates into the old town. From the hotel, you are a couple minute's walk to the bus stops to get to and from the air port, which takes less than 15 minutes. Everything in the city is within walking distance of the hotel and there are some nice restaurants nearby. The beds are comfortable and the hotel had everything we needed. When we arrived, we were informed we had been given a free upgrade to a room with a terrace. This was a really nice touch and afforded us a view over some of the streets near the hotel. The terrace had seats and a table, which would have been lovely to sit out on if the weather had been better. The hotel is in a nice old building and the staircase is quite nice if you feel like walking rather than taking the lift. The rooms are nicely designed and the shower was good.

From the moment I arrived, every aspect of my experience was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their professionalism and genuine warmth made a significant positive impact on my stay. The facilities at the hotel are top-notch, clearly well-maintained and designed with guest comfort in mind. Everything felt new and functioned perfectly. Speaking of maintenance, the hotel was impeccably clean throughout – from the common areas to my room, every corner gleamed, which is something I truly appreciate. My room was incredibly comfortable, providing a peaceful and luxurious retreat after a day of exploring. The bed was wonderfully cozy, and the amenities provided ensured a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Considering the high quality of service, facilities, and comfort, the St Palace Hotel offers truly excellent value for money. It's rare to find such a complete package at such a fair price. Finally, the location is simply ideal. Situated perfectly, it allowed for easy access to all the sights and sounds of Vilnius, making my exploration effortless and enjoyable. I cannot recommend the St Palace Hotel highly enough. If you're looking for an outstanding experience in Vilnius, this is absolutely the place to stay. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

I struggle to find something. Maybe the lack of spa and fitness facilities, but they offer a partner spa and there are great running options.
