super staff, room clean, super cozy. The hotel is located by the forest, far from the road, you can't hear the city, which is nice. A nice bonus was from the hotel team, they gave me non-alcoholic wine and candy on my birthday, which was very unexpected, but nice. The spa is small, but it was very good to enjoy the rest. We also had a massage for two, the employees were very professional, very nice. We will definitely go again

Everything was amazing.

Location cleanliness and food were amazing. Also staff at the reception and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Location was good as well 5 minutes away from the city centre by car . The most important thing SPA facilities were amazing with loads of massages to choose from. Highly recommend to those who are looking to spend quality time with their families or friends or just to relax in SPA.

At our room bathroom had quite bad ventilation it was really humid. In some rooms AC didn’t work properly.

first room 502 was close to the aircon ducts with noise. we we able to change. all good with the second room.

Water in the big swimming pool could be few degrees warmer.

Breakfast was very diverse. Hotel is located in the Forest. There is a children playground outside and children playroom indoors, small children pool in the SPA area. Rooms have a good variaty of climate control measures: AC, floor heating. Sound isolation is good.

The pillows could be more comfy.

The hotel is situated in a quiet, relaxation-oriented location amidst pine trees. The breakfast would please even the most demanding guests. Would highly recommend SPA hammam rituals.

Main issue which reduced satisfaction and reduced scores was that rooms were not warm enough. It was good that there was no child because it would be definitely not warm enough. Yes we like warm rooms, however it should be possibility to increase room temperature.

The bed was very uncomfortable, very hard and back,neck were hurting in the morning.

Excellent retreat nestled in a pine tree forest. Friendly and polite staff, cosy spa area, restaurant offers delicious food. Recommended!

- Coffee. Coffee beans were changed in the restaurant to much lower quality. Before it was lithuanian fresh roasted, back then I was so positively surprised and even proud than such location takes care of the meniu to every single detail. Now - its coffee which is not drinkable if you have more delicate taste. I am sorry to see this change, when you pay 200+ EUR per night, I am ok to pay extra for a good coffee. - Kids' toys in a pool area/kids room. Again, would not say this is it would be a cheap place to stay. But it is not. Kids toys are miserable, the same for 3 last years at least. 2 ships in a pool area that every kid is fighting for. Perhaps its about the time to add some new? This would help parents to keep kids occupied for better relaxation. -Cost cuts I assume. This year it was visible. In a Restaurant, in rooms (provided hygiene equipment).

Staff is very welcoming, SPA service is amazing - high quality SPA sessions (massages, facials, etc.), convenient and cosy pool area. Food is really high quality (breakfast - top noch, Restaurant meniu - not too extensive, but well balanced). Last year it was 10/10, this year unfortunately 9/10.
