Very nice accommodation. The room was spacious and clean. I had the option without AC but a van. The rooms can get quite hot though. The host was very welcoming and served coffee upon arrival. The location was perfect, 5min away from some good restaurants and 10min to a beautiful and quiet beach. Absolutely recommened

We booked a sea view room but we didn’t have it . We ordered breakfast expecting it to be like in the photos as advertised and were very disappointed that it was nothing like advertised . The owner kept saying g how expensive food items were . Think booking.com or the owner should remove the previous photos .

The room was big and clean , the photographs on booking. com are from 4 years ago and is nothing like the property now . Location is good for the beach and town . The host is very nice 👍

Breakfast… we only had a small portion of fried noodles (?) for breakfast, no fruit, nothing else. Quite disappointing from what I see is possible in other reviews here. The host would not stop telling us we should leave a 10/10 review or not review at all if it would be less. No seaview even though mentioned in booking, but that was okay for us.

property is under construction as owner is trying to finish additions. not a noise issue though. my room was next to main road. with windows closed was not really a problem at night.

The AC was not working properly. However, the owner directly called someone for maintenance. Unfortunatly, the maintenance was coming the next day. However, we have slept fine with a medium working AC.

The location was great and the owner was very helpful and hospitable. He was always there when we left or came back. He recommended some places and at the end we have had a coffee/tea. Moreover, the apartments were clean and spacious. Would recommend!

very rundown, like a building site so not good for access, general dirty bathroom shower area and toilet..all bathroom fittings in disrepair that need replacing brown tape around ceilings ! so scruffy host wanted us to give a excellent score! we said it will be a honest score for the state of the place. cheap but not cheerful accommodation. the photos are not true to the accommodation at all. supposed to be upgraded next year ! But !!!!

The owner asked to not write a review, but I feel necessary to do it because the advertisement, reviews and photo’s are not based on the truth. The accommodation is not what you see on the photo’s. There are currently two rooms available, downstairs and next to the building is still under construction. We had multiple miscommunications with the owner which made us feel not so safe. I think it’s mainly because of the language barrier? When we arrived we doubted to stay, but we could not find something else so quickly, so we decided to stay (did not sleep so peacefully). I would not recommend this homestay for when you are a single traveler.

The welcome was so great. All the family welcomed me beautifully. Giving me tea. Sharing a chat. Helped me to get a tuk tuck with a normal price. The room is very big and comfortable. The balcony is a nice place to sit.

Great location. Not too far from the city centre and only like 2 mins walk to the beach. The rooms are spacious and clean. The A/C works very well and good shower pressure as well. The host was very helpful. Gave me informations about the bus and waited with me till the bus arrived.

Nice place, big room with fan, big bathroom, good wifi, next to the beach. The owner helps you with everything. He offers you breakfast, bike and anything you need. We extended one night because it was so good.

Nice place just next to the beach. Its quiet and relaxing you can hear the waves in the morning. Sai is a great host and took good care of us. Its location is perfect if you have a tuktuk. If you dont it works perfectly with the Pick Me App. Defently would recomend.

Close to a road

Great hosts, that did everything to make us feel comfortable. They accompanied us to the lagoon and made sure that we find kayaks and that both the tuk tuk driver and the kayaks take a fair price. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. There is a great beach near by that is good for kids and snorkeling

Great value for money. Host are amazing and very helpful. They will go out of their way to help you. Amazing breakfast, heated shower, the room itself is very spacious and bright. There's a fan in the room, good wifi, large shared terrace with good views all around. Tangalle beach 8min walk, supermarket, bus stations 3min walk. Fully recommend!
