Beach

We stayed one night at Tangerine Beach Hotel and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel has a beautiful setting with direct beach access, lush gardens, and a relaxing atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essentials needed for a pleasant short stay. The dining experience was excellent, offering a good variety of delicious food. The poolside area and beach views added to the charm, making it a perfect spot to unwind. Although my stay was short, everything from the hospitality to the facilities exceeded expectations. I would definitely recommend Tangerine Beach Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Beach was too narrow

As usual the Management of TBH have not failed to make our 2 nights / 3 days over 18th / 20th August stay a truly memorable one. Starting off with GRO Nishadi, assisted by Fathima and the complete front office and concierge and housekeeping team. The restaurant staff along with Mr. Bungasajaya ensured that as we were many times over returning guests to have all suitable arrangements within the restaurant limits. Have to state that the service in general to all guests was of par excellence. Much looking forward to yet another such memorable future as well.

Perfect for a Romantic trip with your partner.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed.The welcome drink was so yummy and refreshing. Our room was clean and neat, and we loved the stunning ocean view. The breakfast had a great selection of food, and we have to give a special shout-out toMr. Duminda at the BF buffet. He was so friendly and professional and is a true asset to your team. We were also delighted to receive a complimentary birthday cake,it wasn't just a small slice, but a large, beautiful cake.Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Very nice Hotel with amazing staff. Fathima at the reception was really friendly and helpful.

The always friendly staff, the great service, the clean rooms and the nice food. If anything is wrong or you have a suggestion, the staff is always there to help you the best way that they can and will do their best to make your stay a pleasant one.

They have certain rules, like dress properly at dinner or at the pool / Don’t waste food / Don’t smoke in public places like the public toilets. That’s something that should be more strictly controlled.

Nothing special

Ideal place for a family get together or a reunion. Very easy to communicate and arrange our special requirements. We have been coming to Tangerine over a period of time and every time we leave this hotel with fond memories.

At times restaurant can get over crowded especially during breakfast buffet.

A la carte menu had great value for money and the food was top notch. Ideal place for a quick family gateway since it is located very close to Colombo with unbeatable price.

Relaxing atmosphere with beautifully kept gardens and pool. Rooms offer lovely view of the Indian ocean. We had 3 rooms with our family and friends and had a great time catching up. Will surely return.

Comfortable well appointed spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast and I even got an afternoon tea and fruit platter as a welcome gift because with booking.com !! Really professional hotel.

I didn’t like the one time use plastic stirring stick used for each coffee or tea served instead of a reusable tea spoon - use cutlery.

Best Customer service and and excellent value for money.

Not a fault of the hotel but the nothing much to do in the kalutara area other than relaxing in the hotel.

Meals served was excellent. The room was very comfortable, Cleanliness inside room and outside was very good. It is one of the best hotels I visited in Sri Lanka.

The toilet had only a tub. We should have requested for a room with a shower.
