Sisira and his wife are wonderful person, very attentive and full of good advice! You can go there without hesitation!! You can go to pidurangala or sigiriya by walking from the house,if you want or good restaurant very close.

The family who own the property were so lovely, could not do enough and had so much to tell us about the area. Great location, off the main road but still close enough to everything. Would 100% recommend!

WiFi can drop out when it rains but this is like it everywhere in Sigiriya. It was not a problem for our stay

The hosts were so friendly and kind - they served a lovely breakfast with fruits, bread, eggs and pancakes!! They truly went out of their way to make sure we had an excellent stay. The room itself is very spacious and clean. There is hot water, AC, comfortable beds - everything you could want and need. Would highly recommend this hidden gem in Sigiriya

Great and lovely accomodation. Big and very clean rooms. A/C is working very well. Located very good and still quiet. The host family lives in a seperate house on the property. They are really really nice and very helpful with everything. Breakfast was also offered and delicious. Can only recommend staying here.

We had really wonderful time at Sigiri Regal Residence. We liked this wonderful, peaceful place, big and clean rooms, very kind and helpful owner, generous and tasteful breakfasts, birds in the garden. Good place for visiting Sigiriya and Polonnaruwa.

A very pleasant place for vacation as well as for tourism. Close to Sigiriya Rock as well as Damdulla. The family was very kind and responsive, always ready to help us in any way they could. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast every morning was more than we could eat, delicious and different every day. I highly recommend!

Two seperate ensuite bedrooms separate from their house on a quiet street. Our host was extremely hospitable and was beyond helpful. It’s a street behind a busy street so very little noise. Super cold ac, very clean rooms. Please stay to support this lovely family.

We loved this stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with a big bathroom. They were surrounded by nature too it was very peaceful. The owners were so kind, friendly and made us a delicious breakfast. They also greeted us with mango juice and had a moped that we could rent during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

We can’t recommend this place enough. You start each morning with amazing Sri Lankan breakfast. Every day you get a litre of bottled water and plenty of fruits. We basically always left with some extra food as a take away for the rest of the day. There is no better way to experience domestic breakfast than this. The place was really clean and there was unlimited hot water with great pressure. You can choose whether to use an AC or a fan, or even a both. WiFi was also great. There are plenty of restaurants around within 15min walking distance and the rest are just a 5 min away with a TukTuk which will cost you no more than 2$ for one way. The owners are always there to help you with any informations and they are so kind that we felt like a part of the family during the whole stay. It was really hard to leave. 10/10 Much love!

The wifi wasn’t so good.

The garden is beautiful and the room was clean and spacious. The room had ac which was nice given the heat. The bed was very comfortable and the owners are the sweetest people. We got fresh coconut when we arrived which they cut from their own trees. The owner lend us his moped for a reasonable price, which was great to get around town, to lion’s rock and to the lake.

I loved everything and wish that I could stay much longer.

Wonderful breakfasts - fresh fruit and homemade local specialties. Sistra and his charming wife will also provide quite outstanding evening meals on request. The two evening meals I had here were definitely the best I had anywhere in Sri Lanka ( and food in Sri Lanka is delicious everywhere) And the garden is beautiful and peaceful, yet only 5 minutes from Sigiriya rock. Only 2 delightful bungalows, and exceptional value. You won’t be disappointed I assure you. 👏

Dogs need to be controlled, we would be barked and snarled at each time we enter the property.
