Absolutely amazing homestay if you are wanting to stay in Sigiriya while in Sri Lanka! Anu and his family were super accommodating and went above and beyond- couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Breakfast both days was amazing and authentic (as shown in photos), room was clean and spacious, as was the bathroom- no complaints! Anu also took us to Dambulla for the day showing us the main sights. During our stay we went up Pidurangala Rock and explored the restaurants which were all in walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend to couples, group of 3!

10/10 perfect stay at Anu's place. Very well maintained place the family has built. The room was super clean and also the smell in the room was fantastic. We were provided with Soft and fresh towles, the bed had white linen (Anu's wife is running a laundry business so you will not get disappointed by how the sheets look like). Dinner and breakfast is beyond amazing and you will not regret eating Rice and Curry at their place. Best homestay experience we had in Sri Lanka and we've already traveled over 2 weeks though the country. 10/10 recommend a stay. great hospitality!! Thank you Anu and family we enjoied it a lot!

We loved our stay here. The whole family made us feel at home. The room is spotless and feels brand new. The breakfast was generous and delicious as was the dinner we had here. We also used the laundry service and it was excellent. Couldn’t recommend the place more. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The people at the homestay were really sweet and caring and we felt really comfortable! We had a terrific breakfast and they helped us, everytime we needed something. This was our favorite hotel in Sri Lanka

Absolutely fantastic, Anu took us to Sigarya rock, then cooked us dinner, then the next day took us on a transfer to Kandy with lots of stops to see temples and other cultural experiences on the way. We couldn't have wished for better hosts than Anu and his family. Thank you!!

I liked everything. It was simply perfect. The family that host you is super kind and they always try to make you feel comfortable. The room is very big and it’s super calm on the outside. Totally recommended

We loved this place. The room is beautiful, spacious with a lovely outdoor terrace, table and chairs. Anu and Assanti really made our stay something special. Their kindness, warmth and knowledge of the local area is exceptional. Assanti’s cooking is like an episode of Master Chef. Every meal was delicious and lovingly prepared. Anu took us everywhere in his Tuk Tuk and made sure we had the best experience possible. We based ourselves here for 4 nights and didn’t want to leave. Best accommodation in SriLanka. Highly recommend

Really nice comfortable room with a clean big bathroom. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Anu is a lovely host and does everything to make you feel his home is your home. Property is also very close to some great brunch restaurants

Anu & his family are very welcoming. Their home is lovely. Anu gave us suggestions of what to see /do while in Sigiriya. Anu drove us to these locations in a tuk Tuk. We had a delicious home cooked dinner & breakfast. Our Trip was great. Would highly recommend.

We had such a great time at the Sigiri Anu Homestay. It was so well designed, perfectly clean, and a very comfortable room. The family is so kind, took us around to all the sights of Sigiri, and made us the best food! We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend to everyone!

Extremely clean, big room with great facilities. The breakfast was delicious and we had dinner which was great too! Anu also gave us a lift in his tuk tuk to see Lion rock at sunset and sunrise. Absolutely brilliant service and stay, thanks Anu and family!

Best breakfast ever! Local and very abundant. The hosts are adorable and also organised a delicious dinner for us, transfer for our hikes and a one day tour and transfer to Kandy.

Very welcoming homestay, the host provided us with fresh squeezed juice on arrival. Very comfortable bed. Really good breakfast provided.

Everything! Amazing, huge, clean and spacious room and bathroom, it actually looks better than the photos! Beautiful grounds, especially when light up at night. You will be the only guests here, Anu is incredibly attentive and will help you plan your time in Sigiriya and help you get there. We really enjoyed spending time with him! The food, cooked by Anu's wife was delicious....though try and have an empty stomach as portions are huge!! Anu, his wife, dog Leon and cat Kitty were all amazing. Just getting to know Anu, we wished we could have stayed a few days longer! P.S- Anu is also an amazing wood carving artist, you will be able to see a lot of his work in the rooms and building!

Best decision we made staying here!! The family is lovely, they do laundry for a really good price (gave them 3 huge bags of washing and they turned it around in a few hours which is amazing), the food is delicious, bed is super comfy, shower is nice and hot, the room is spacious and the garden is lovely!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!! Thank you so much ❤️

Wonderful experience in this amazing homestay

Fantastic stay not far from Lion Rock, good bed with walk-in mosquitonet, spacious bathroom, hot shower, nice terras with relaxing chairs. Very friendly couple, the best breakfast we had in Sri Lanka. Absolutely recommended

Anu was one the most hospitable hosts I've ever seen. From welcome drinks to homemade breakfast, we were amazed by his kindness. His place is very close to the Lion's rock and he took us there on his tuktuk. The rating is honestly an 11 out of 10.

His address doesn't show on Google maps, so it's trick to find.

The room was an exceptionally high standard. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. The trips organised by the host were excellent and he couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfast was amazing and we ate dinner here too. Some of the best food we've had in Sri Lanka! We also used their excellent laundry service!

Not a thing!

Anu and Asanti are very warm and welcoming, and they have a wonderful home. Very cosy, relaxing and clean. It makes you feel like they are excited for you to visit them. Food was wonderful, there is no doubt you will be well fed with them, and Anu was very helpful both with things one would expect, but more importantly so also with the things you don't expect. He's a great host and highly recommended.

A very modern and clean room in a good location - couple of coffee spots less than a 5 min walk away. The kindest hosts - we asked about nearby gyms and Anu let us use his weights. Anu made our time in Sigiri amazing - he has a tuk tuk and transported us around for a good price. Anu knows a very good spot for sunset - this was one of our favourite activities in Sigiri. Anu’s wife is an amazing cook so we also enjoyed some dinners for a good price. The best place we have stayed in whilst in Sri Lanka for such a good price :)
