The place is quite secluded, so you’ll need a tuk-tuk or a car to get around—but that’s also part of its charm. It’s wonderfully tranquil, set in a stunning location with a lake and a great pool. The villas are spaced apart, ensuring excellent privacy, and they’re simply amazing: spacious, beautifully designed, with a walk-in shower that feels almost open-air. The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and relax after a day of excursions. Highly recommended.

There was really nothing we didn’t like about this place. As a suggestion, adding a spa, or at least massage treatments and yoga classes, would make the experience even more complete.

Location and the environment was nice with pleasant staff.

Food was not up to expectations.

Since the hotel Is located outside of Dambulla in the countryside you probably Will have to have dinner in the hotel. The staff Is very friendly over there aswell but the price point Is a Little bit too High compared to the offered quality. Nothing mayor, but a Little bit

Nothing,but There was just one small issue. I had sent a message before arriving, but didn’t receive a reply to any of them, which made me a bit hesitant about coming. Even after arriving, I had to call to place a dinner order and was asked to check messages. That was the only drawback. Apart from that, everything else was excellent

We stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and respectful. The food was absolutely delicious, and the place itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The only issue we faced was the poor mobile signal in the area. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Specially Rathnayake from F&B was very attentive and attended to our requests promptly. The property is well kept and has a really nice calm vibe.

Nothing Could be nice place

Worst !!!! We booked for 4 nights and decided to leave the hotel after 2 nights. The hotel manager agreed to refund us for 2 nights, but we still wait for our money. That fits in the the overall situation of this hotel. Information on the booking.com page are partly not true: 1) the hotel is not close to Dambulla as pinned in the map (roughly 12km away) 2) there is no internet in the rooms (only at the reception and that one is really bad) 3) we booked a room and the pictures look completely different than reality. After complaining we received the room as booked 4) Restaurant food quality is really poor and there is no restaurant nearby (you have to take taxi or tuktuk to Dambulla) 5) pool water very badly maintained and looks like death water (we didn’t go swim there to avoid any infection or diseases) 6) Villas had their best time - the bathrooms especially. Also there was dust an dirt in the rooms. Rooms were not cleaned. Just imagine they where asking us at 4pm if they should clean the rooms now - after we returned from our safari tour. The whole day nothing - that from a so called „5 star hotel“ I definitely cannot recommend this place!!!!

Location was good. Facilities were okay. Seafood nasigurang was okay

Had to struggle to pay through card. Wasted our time since staff couldn’t figure out a way to take the payment. Ordered pasta carbonara and it was totally shit.

Good breakfast , healthy and fresh foods location is better to stay with relaxation . very good for small team. no noice , no fuel smell .staff is very good

There was no wifi and the management did nothing for that. Also the food was really basic and really expensive for not including breakfast in the price.
