Incredible! Massive, comfortable beds, great breakfast, great hospitality all for a low price. Staff were fun and welcoming. Overall a great experience wish we could’ve stayed there another night.

Really nice quiet place with cozy outdoor chill area up front. Beds are very comfortable with wide matresses (!!) and mosquito nets. Room and bathroom are very clean. Dorm room is equipped with lockers, AC, fan and power plugs. Bathroom is quite big. The included breakfast is good and staff is friendly. Definitely worth a stay.

Perfect location, comfortable beds, quiet nights, stable wifi, huge lockers with a pad lock . Most importantly, the hospitality of Podi, the host and how knowledgeable he is, providing tips not only for sigiriya. but many other routes in the country. He also keeps the place suuuper clean, which is a very big asset for me personally! I look for no other place when I am back to the city and will undoubtedly recommend to others.

This is a new property and everything is very new, feels like a hotel really! I was pleasantly surprised and wanted to stay longer. Staff tried their best to help with everything. Very close to the rock, and lots of shops nearby. Comfortable bed, big lockers. Free breakfast also, such a good price for what you get.

The property was super clean. The beds, bathrooms were all clean. The owner and hostel caretaker were both super friendly and we spent quite some time together. Also quite close to all the major locations. Loveddd the breakfast and totallllyy worth the price. LOVED THE EXPERIENCE FOR REAL

I had an exceptional 2-day stay at Hello Aliya Hostel, everything from the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless, well-appointed room made my visit truly enjoyable. The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast which had a great variety and was served fresh and on time. The overall ambiance of the hostel was peaceful and relaxing, and all facilities were well-maintained. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a memorable experience .

The room was hot in April because there was no AC. But it was acceptable.

I stayed in this hostel for 3 nights. All of the equipment was very clean and the bed was bigger than a single bed, so it was very comfortable. But the best point of this hostel is the staff. They care for me all the time and are quite kind. It is the reason that I extended to stay here one more night. If I come back to Sigiriya next time I will stay in this hostel again.

The Hostel is amazing. The beds are Huge and have the best mattress all over Sri Lanka. I enjoyed my stay a lot. Bathroom was clean, stuff was very friendly and the food was really delicious. They organized us a tuktuk to go to the sunrise hike and also make sure to answer all of your questions. Thank you a lot!

The hostel owner isu was so friendly and so are the staff, they were smiling every time we met and we played caroom together for a long time and hostel owner also showed to us to various places with his bike. Totally worth the stay.

I wish I left Colombo sooner.

Just about the closest you can stay to the Sigiriya lion rock (you should get there at 5am to beat the crowds and an amazing sunrise). The owner gave me awesome personalized recommendations. Lined up a safari where I saw maybe 30 wild elephants. So many babies. Looks newly remodeled and very clean. Perfectly clean sheets and towels. Attention to detail. Large nice bathroom. Good local in house breakfast. Very relaxed town, close to easily walkable restaurants. I suggest the train here from Colombo 4$ second class. A perfect stay thanks to the super knowledgeable local host. Thank you
