The breakfast is good. Airco was good.

No drinkwater bottles on the room. No possibilty on the room to make coffee. One room didn't had toillet paper. The Bathroom bad smell was covered by Sri Lanka wierook. Some lights on the rooms didnot work. The bed was from wood and made noice. All simple thing could be prevented.

Great location.walking distance to the beach.Nature friendly and clean place.breakfast is tasty.we got the tuk tuk ride also during the stay.pool is amazing.see you next time.

Wonderfully relaxed and friendly hotel. Great staff, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Really helpful to organise and take me to and collect from near by places of interest. The pool is a a welcome respite from the heat.

I was traveling though out the country. This is one of the best place during my traveling. Rathna helped me to goes to wine shores and food city. He has a nice tuk tuk with reasonable price. Breakfast was very delicious. Very clean swimming pool. WIFI was very strong and fast. Hope to see you next time.

It was amazing stay during our travel. We contacted the the hotel to arrange transport because i saw some good reviews regarding transportaion. It was cheap when u checked with other source. They gave us early check in free of charge. Pool was very nice and clean. Delicious breakfast prepared by mala. Hope yo see you soon in mh next vaccation.

Beautiful colonial style place, amazing pool with lights. Very friendly people, helpful, took us to a great local place (Mami’s) and overall a great stay.

we spend nice vacation . rathna help us to make it memorable. we chilled in pool area and had nice breakfast.they helped me to arrange round trip to udawalawa safari,tea plantaion, kandy. car was very reasonable and comfortable. i got the airport transfer also with them.thank you very much for arranging everything.

one of the best beach in unawatuna, turtle beach really love it, taxi service was really fair and fast.

The pool was very nice. The location was on a quiet street. Walking distance to the beach. The staff was friendly and we hired a reliable and good priced ride to the airport with them (from Bentota).

We were surprised that there was no breakfast at the property and no restaurant. We had assumed otherwise from the fotos on here. The rooms were okay. It was the most expensive place we stayed at and therefore I found price/quality too high.

This was my first time that i traveled to Sri Lanka.Owner of the hotel helped me to arrange transportation from air port and i checked from other places.When we compare with other application and tour counter .Hotel transportation was the cheapest.we relaxed in pool and it was amazing.
